We ordered a corsage for my son's
homecoming dance a week beforehand. When we picked it up, it was not even the same flowers we had chosen, nor were the crystal & other embellishments that we requested (and paid for) on the corsage. The corsage fell apart, losing the main flower within the first 15 minutes the kids were at the dance, they hadn't even sat down or had a chance to dance yet, let alone have photos taken. My son's date had nothing left but some greenery and a black ribbon on her wrist.
When I called Woodlawn Floral and told them about both problems (the flowers being wrong, and the corsage falling apart) I was offered only HALF of what I paid as a refund, or 50% off the next corsage... Like I'll use them again? I think not!
I paid full price, didn't even get what I ordered and the corsage fell apart in 15 minutes. And they feel I still should pay for half? Unbelievable!
I really expected more from this florist after reading the reviews.
Don't go there. My mother sent me flowers long distance for my birthday. The order was a substancial amt. of money and the arrangement was meager, and not what she had ordered. I sent a picture to my mom and she was incensed and called the middleman to correct the order. Not only did the owner not correct the order she gave me a few lonely stems of flowers and actually said she wouldn't make any money if she were to replace the entire order the way it should have been. This is the condensed version of what happened, My mother has since requested that the middleman not use this florist again. What ever happened to pleasing the customer?
My son sent me some Mother's Day flowers from out of state. When they got here on Monday, half the flowers looked pretty wilted and very sad. I called them, they were very nice to come back out and get them and replace them with some nice new fresh flowers. The only problem is that they sent out daisies and carnations and forget to put the Roses back in..plus a couple others that the first arrangement had. So I was once again disappointed that they did not give me what my son had wanted me to have. It was very disappointing, and of course I would never tell my son what happened. Most places when they make a mistake the first time, they would replace the flowers with something even nicer. I guess they don't care to much about return business.
We can not find this recipient in our data base. There is another store littleton flower shop which has changed owners. If it was our company, every order is in our computer system and we could find this person. There is nothing in the past 2 years of data. Marsha /Owner
