WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY ARE CROOKS!

I received an email from them today thanking me for my business, and asking me to refer them to my friends and family. WHAT A JOKE. Here was my response to that preposterous email:

"I CANNOT believe you are sending me this email. Working with your dealership was one of the WORST experiences of my life.

My then-husband and I came in to buy a truck, and made that very clear, and somehow got hoodwinked into leasing it. When we realized what had happened a few months later, you said there was nothing we could do. Now we will have to deal with outrageous fees when the lease is up. (We knew we didn't want to lease, because it's a work truck and we'd be putting a lot of miles on it, and banging it up a little, as well.) Yes, it's our fault for not reading the contract carefully enough. But your dealership was CERTAINLY not upfront about it. And we, like the average person, were not well-versed enough to understand you had changed the terms without telling us, and didn't notice.

I might have believed this was an isolated incident, but after marrying my second husband, I learned you had screwed him over as well: inflating his car's price by $10k on a re-drafted contract (he had to re-sign because he needed a co-signer). He didn't notice the change either, and is now stuck with a MUCH higher payment than he originally agreed upon.

I would never, EVER refer you or your dealership to anyone. In fact, you can be 100% confident that I tell everyone NOT to go to Broadway Dodge. And I will continue to do so.

I must thank you, however, for helping me realize at a young age to NEVER trust anyone in your profession. I will never make this mistake again.

P.S. I am BCC'ing my friends and family, so they will be reminded what a crook you are, but you won't have access to their email addresses."

I have always disliked going to a dealership to shop for a new car because you always have those annoying pushy car salesmans down your back! My experience at Brandon Dodge has totaly changed my car buying experience and I want to thank my Salesman Jeremy Fitzimons for helping me and getting me into my 2012 Dodge Avenger which I love. Brandon Dodge has such a great team and they will help you out the best that they can, I have never had a dealership working so hard to get me into a car before I am absolutly impressed not only with Jeremy Fitzimons but the entire team at Brandon Dodge! Anyone out there shopping for a new or used car go to Brandon Dodge on Broadway!

Bought two new cars, one 2012 Dodge Caravan, one 2012 Dodge Journey. Paid full MSRP minus dealer incentives on both.

Turned out the Journey was not new as described but was used (4,300 miles on it) and had significant damage, dented bumper, paint issues, chipped winshield.

â?¦ When they first tried to fix the damage they made it worse. There was Paint overspray all over the windshield, lights, and hood. The repair itself was very poor. When I approached the manager Mr. Josh Welsh, he made light of the situation and at first told me that I had "already accepted delivery". My experience at this time with Josh was antagonistic at best.

Fearing other undisclosed issues I requested a new car instead of the used car I was delivered and was told noâ?¦too badâ?¦ you signed the dealâ?¦

They did eventually fix the damage, but I still have a used car at a new car price.

Brandon Dodge will say and it is trueâ?¦ that during the paperwork process I did miss the fact the car was used. Understand that this fact was NEVER disclosed to me during the buying process. Also on the lot, the car had a NEW window sticker.

Ask yourself, would you think to check the mileage on a â??NEWâ?? vehicle? I didnâ??t eitherâ?¦

Since bringing this to Brandon Dodges attention they have made promises to work with me on remediation that were not kept, they will not return my phone calls and generally have been duplicit in their dealings with me and my family.

I contacted Dodge corporate, and they cannot help me because it is a dealership issue. They only deal with vehicle quality issues. I surmise that they are OK with these types of sales tactics.

These two vehicles are my 5 and 6th Dodge purchases.

Bad customer service, and bad shopping experience.. I got my car from them. The price annnounced on the window was high, but they gave me an offer for a lower price. They did not pay me enought for my other car, and when I checked the prices on the web, I found out that the price that I got was the regular price for this type of vehicle. On the window they put a higher price to make me believe that I was getting a great deal. I tried to get my old car back the next morning, and the sales man did not want to give it back, saying that it was not there any more, and he could not help me. He even kept my old plates from my old car, and did not send them to me by mail. I tried to call the managers, and no one would called me back. After the sale was done, I could not get anything from them, not even a call on the same day to check what I needed.

Do not patronize Brandon Dodge!!. When I arrived at Brandon Dodge, I told my salesperson, Roger, and the used car sales manager that I had two needs: (1) I needed something inexpensive, and (2) I needed something that would last me through grad school (at least two years).

Roger and the used car sales manager talked me into looking at a 2005 Jeep Liberty with 127,000 miles, with the promise that they would sell it to me for $5000 plus my Camry, which included taxes. The used car sales manager also said that it would come with a warranty. I told them I had to think about it. The Blue Book said that the vehicle was worth $9500, so I returned to Brandon Dodge.

Roger got called away to talk to a customer. A new sales manager came up and said that since Roger was busy with the customer, he would be working with me for a while. He presented me with a piece of paper saying that the price of the car was $5999. I told him that the other sales manager had promised me a price of $5000. He said that the extra $1000 was for the fees and taxes. I told him that I would buy the car for $5500, plus a new windshield, even though the original price I had been quoted was $5000 (which was to include taxes and a warranty). I also asked him about a warranty, and he said that the car would be sold "as-is." I said that I didn't want to get the car off the lot and take it to my mechanic and find out that something was terribly wrong with it, and the sales manager said "We aren't that kind of dealership."

After an hour of waiting for my windshield to be replaced in Brandon Dodge's waiting room, Roger came to tell me that the shop at the dealership was already closed, and didn't open again until Monday. I was supposed to pick up the Jeep on Monday, but Roger told me that the part wasn't in yet, so I had to pick it up on Tuesday. Tuesday was Roger's day off, but he told me that I "had a friend in the car business" and he would come in so that I could pick up my Jeep.

On Tuesday, I picked up my Jeep and signed my Camry over to Brandon Dodge. I drove the Jeep home. Ten minutes later, the car wouldn't start. I tried several times and it still wouldn't start. I had the maintenance guy in our building bring out the car jumper and he tried to jump the car. Unfortunately, we discovered that the problem was not the battery. I called Roger and left him a voicemail, but he never called back. Then I called Brandon Dodge and talked to a sales manager named Jeff Miller. Jeff said he would call me back.

An hour and a half later, I still hadn't heard from Jeff, and I went outside to try to start my Jeep again. Miraculously, it started, and I drove it directly to my trusted (AAA and BBB approved) auto shop. Once it got to the shop, it wouldn't start again.

The owner of the shop called Brandon Dodge himself. He spoke to the repair shop first and asked if they had replaced the fuel pump. They said that they had replaced it, but they had taken it to a Mitsubishi dealership to have the fuel pump replaced (why they wouldn't just replace it in their own auto shop is beyond me). The owner of the shop then asked to speak to Jeff Miller, but Jeff wouldn't talk to him and said that he would call me.

Jeff Miller never called me back (and I never heard from Roger again). A sales manager named Ron Hood called me and left a voicemail saying that the car was sold "as-is" and that since there was no implied warranty they "cannot honor any repair". He said I could call him on Thursday if I would like and left his phone number.

My Jeep is currently at the shop, and they have discovered that it not only needs its fuel pump replaced but also needs its fuel line and tires replaced. I cannot believe that Brandon Dodge would sell me a car that needed $1400 in repairs when I told them that I was a student who knew nothing about cars and needed something functional and inexpensive. I trusted them and I shouldn’t have.

The best car buying experience ever!. This was the best car buying experience ever! From the beginning to taking my new truck home the whole experience was awesome. I bought a charger from their a few years back and that experience was awful , but Broadway dodge is in my community so I thought id give them one more chance. Good thing I did!! Its under new ownership, and every one is so friendly and helpful they made the whole process so easy. It might sound crazy but I actually had a good time buying my truck, they didn’t pressure me, gave me all the information I requested, They were honest and upfront I really appreciate every thing they did for me! Keep up the good work!! And ill definitely be sending all my friends and family to you guys!!

Surprisingly Good Experience. After reading the previous reviews I was a little skeptical of this dealership. But, living close to Broadway I saw the dealership had a new title (previously Broadway Dodge) and thought I'd take a look as I was planning to upgrade to a new truck. The selection on the lot was a little overwhelming, but after wandering around in the Ram section I was greeted by a salesman. I have specific needs in a truck and after listening a moment the salesman took me to a few Rams that perfectly fit my description. We went for a test drive and the truck was ideal but I knew the next step is always the worst.

I sat down in the showroom and prepared for the 'typical' car buying experience where, after a little bit of looking and a test drive, I'm immediately sweating from an intense sales pitch and bargaining process. Brandon Dodge eliminated those expectations when I layed out my specific options and they countered by explaining their cost of the truck. The salesman was not looking to nickel and dime me and I ended up paying a price I felt good about (and still am pleased after continuing to look at prices online). They were more focused on my buying experience (low key sales pitch, clear pricing explanations) than trying to get me to finance through their Credit Union or add unnecessary and unwanted features.

I would definitely recommend purchasing from Brandon Dodge. Buying my truck was considerably less stressful than my previous experiences and I'm very pleased to not have any second thoughts about my purchase.

Horrible Service Department!. Broadway Dodge Service Department is horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not only do they propagate additional problems into your vehicle when serviced, they refuse to repair, or even acknowledge problems when they are sitting in the vehicle with you on a test drive! There’s no point in escalating your problems to management, because they too are incompetent. My vehicle was in the shop on 3 different occasions to address 3 mechanical issues (now 4). 1 was fixed while another was created during a “rapid response” repair. Not to mention the other 2 issues which were present, and re-produced upwards of 30 times on my 4th visit to meet with Joe Altmix (the Service Department Manager). This clown insisted he couldn’t hear the problems even though it was reproduced in front of him so many times! How anyone can tell you to your face that a problem doesn’t exist when you prove it to them in person time and time again, I don’t know. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time and expect results.

Crooked Dealership----Buyer Beware!!!. First, they tell me my credit union will not write the loan for 72 months on a $50,000 truck. Their financing cost me 1½ % more than my credit union. I found out the next day that this was a lie!

Second, when in a shop in Aurora, the shop ordered a new rim per the VIN number. The wrong rims were put on this truck by the dealer. (Steel in place of the more expensive aluminum) They proceeded to tell the shop that steel were better and more expensive! Another lie! It took Broadway Dodge 2 weeks to make good on the correct rims.

Lastly, I still have the window sticker. It was supposed to come equipped with tow hooks and 265/70/R17 tires. I am told by their sales manager, " NO MATTER WHAT THE STICKER SAYS IN THE WINDOW, BRAND NEW VEHICLES COME AS IS." furthermore, " YOU MAY NOT HAVE ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT LISTED EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE CHARGED EXTRA FOR IT"

I have been offered discounted parts by 2 of their employees. Now I see where their "discounted parts" come from. DISHONEST, LYING THIEVES.

It is a shame hardworking, honest Dodge dealers lost their businesses while these crooks are allowed to continue to rip off the public

Warning Crooks. On the 17th of Fed, i went to Broadway Dodge to look at a 82 volvo I drove it. It was ok. I put down 1000.00 and went to get in it and it wouldn't come out of park. So ask you might guess that was not the car for me. there was lots of stuff wrong with the car come to find out. so i test drove a few more cars and really i didn't like any of them. so they said they would give my money back and i let after giving them a copy of my credit card so they could give my money back so they said. monday is now here and they called me at work telling me my car was ready. I said i didn't want the car and they told me to bad. I went down there asked them what happen to them giving me my money back and they said oh they would put my money on the next car i got from them. i said i didn't want a car from them and they told me too bad. so now i have had to call the visa people and a lawyer. so to all you about to go to broadway dodge Have fun.....
