worst hair salon i've ever been to, i've had to pay hundreds of dollars to correct the color distaster i got at this salon. never again. i'm still in tears.

the worst cut and color ive ever had...ever..EVER. I dont usually feel the need to write a review. i wish i had read amynicoles review but i booked before she posted. im new in town and needed a stylist. read the good reviews from citysearch about this place. i went in with a picture of the cut and color i wanted. was assured it would be no problem. my main request was keep it long with some layers around the face. i should have realized there was a problem when the stylist turned me away from the mirror and started saying how great my cut was going to look. what i got....5 inches hacked off.... how does that happen??? and im not done. a bob with uneven hacked strands around the front of my head. i literally...and im not being dramatic....literally could have had my husband do it better. do yourself a favor and NEVER go here. it is going to take my hair a year to recover. which is great considering i was hoping to have some good pics from my honeymoon.

Just don't.... I went into this salon for a color correction. In my consultation the stylist told me that we were going to go corrective color in steps with foils. However, the day of my appointment she calls me and tells me to come in an hour early. This was a Saturday afternoon. I couldn't and she was fine with that. I arrive at my appointment and instead of doing foils she strips my hair. I go along with this thinking that she was just removing excess color and this was part of the prepping process. Not so. She pulled the rug out from under me and tried to put medium brown color on top of hair strands that were previously corrected with foils claiming that she was trying to give me an even all over color so she'd have even base to start with. This confused me seeing as that over 70% of my strands had been bleached already. So why not just bleach the rest of the strands with foils? I stop her before she puts this color on my hair and tell her this is not what we discussed and that I wouldn't allow her to do it. In my experience this is not the correct way to do a color correction. It just seemed like she was rushing and wanted to be out of there on a Saturday afternoon but manage to take my money too by doing a completely asinine color treatment that by definition is in no way correction, instead of just taking the time to correct my hair properly. This is definitely not how you treat a client who had already 5 booked appointments with you up until March of next year. I felt taken advantage of and stupid considering I left the salon with the toner from the last correction stripped out of my hair. This stylist even went as far as to say that she consulted experts and her manager and this is what they advised her to do. Yeah I don't think anyone would advise someone to strip someone's hair then dye it darker when the desired result is lighter, then strip it again with highlights for the next visit. Sounds like a racket to me as well as damaging. It was an insult to my intelligence. I've had my hair professionally color corrected before and no one ever went about it this way. Additionally, the stylist (Christy) asked me what is the shortest I've ever had my hair...why on earth unless you planned on damaging my hair would you ask that? My hair color wise looks awful. I will never visit this salon again. They're smooth, fast talking salespeople and not in anyway considerate of their clients or professional. I give them and especially this stylist 1 star because I can't give 0.

CARISSA I FOUND YOU!!!!!!. I have followed Carissa from her other salon. The staff at the other place would not tell me where she went. I would follow her anywhere. She always gives me what I ask for. Sometimes she would recommend a change and I was not expecting one and I loved it!!!! She is a true professional!!! The staff was friendly and Carissa always makes me feel pampered and worth the money!!

I HATE MY HAIR!!!. Stay away this salon is horrible. I had a haircut and hilites today. both are horrible. I left in tears. They took my money and now I have to pay more to get my hair fixed. Sad Sad worst hairsylists in Colorado.

I'd Refer my friends!. I used one of those weekly plus coupon voucher things everyone probably got - THAT is something I would warn to read EVERYTHING prior to purchasing those. The 15% gratuity was included in the coupon for some reason - so that was a bit of a surprise when I checked out. I also realized that it was not a pre-paid offer - just a gift card coupon, so that was my fault.

The service was really great - had a fun facial and got a lot of complements on my skin after from friends. The lady who did my facial was realy nice and knew what she was doing - great massage too! I'm going back!

So my only warning - READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE PURCHASING ON ONLINE DEAL!

Awesome Spa Treatments. Had a fantastic time doing a massage and facial (reasonable!!!!). Was treated to tea and snacks after the treatments. Given a comfy robe and slippers to wear! Services were incredible and quite relaxing. Facial was really great. I am going back on a regular basis!
