Toy Doctor Inc- Toyota, Lexus and Scion Service 7 Repair- Littleton Location

I went in last week for a routine oil change and inspection (my car had 81K and it'd been a while since I had someone look at belts, fluids, etc). After 4.5 hours I was given a list of things that "needed" to be addressed that day totaling $3000--including all new brakes, rotors, several fluid flushes and line repairs, new belts, and a new battery. That's not counting the cost of the oil change and "inspection." Wanting a second opinion (who wouldn't?), I took my car to a place near my house. The mechanic there showed me how everything except the brakes were fine and did not need to be addressed. Total cost at the end of the day was less than $400. I'm very disappointed in the integrity of the mechanics at Toy Doctors and will not bring my car to them again.…

Great place to take your Toy. After moving to Denver i shopped around for a place to take my Prius and my husband's Tacoma. After several bad experiences, we heard about Toy Doctor Inc. At another place my husband had been told he needed $1800 worth of work ... that was 2 years ago. It wasn't true and Toy Doc confirmed it for us. We are both really pleased. Good Service, Great Attitude. First time customer, newbie to the Littleton area. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. Got my 40k maintenance done without any surprises, convienent courtesy shuttle to and from work, and took care of my questions without a fuss. Two big thumbs up!…

Excellent Service. I live 2.5 hours from the nearest Toyota Dealer. I decided to check Google to see some different options. Toy Doctor had good ratings so I gave them a try. Glad I did. They were less expensive than the Toyota dealer I had been going to. The experience was completely personal. Oscar was helpful getting me there and set up. Brian explained everyservice detail he did to my vehicle and why it needed the work he performed. They suggested other service, but were not pushy that I had to get it done, or get it done by them. I forget the name of the employee who gave us a ride in the courtesy car, but he was fantastic. Gave us tips for the surrounding area. I'm going to the Toy Doctor from here on out. It is well worth my 2.5 hour drive.…
