Eh, better than drive thru food. I had given up on this particular location after too many times waiting a very long time for food that was finally served cold by a borderline hostile staff. (Note to chains, if your wait staff is unhappy, start evaluations with the management, not the lower staff in discovering why you have a problem) Since the actual food offerings were not that great (could go across the street and do better for same price), the total lack of heat and lousy attitudes of the wait staff pretty much put me off. However, I was recently asked to attend a meeting there and I have to say, there was a vast improvement from a year ago. On a Wednesday night it was packed, but the staff moved fairly efficiently in getting people seated and we didn't wait overly long for the drink order. The food took a bit longer and still was nothing much to brag about, but it was hot this time and the wait staff checked back frequently to refill drinks, they were even nice about it.

For the money, I still think there are better choices out there as far as the food menu goes, although it is nice to see they have a pretty extensive calorie counting (and points) menu for people desiring to not increase their waistline while dining out. I might just try it again to see if the improvement continues.
