Terrible place to buy a Mercedes Benz...Poor customer service skills...The new car manager should be fired!!! Rude, Cocky...I made a purchase at Mercedes Benz of Denver the same Morning...I agree this place is a terrible place to do business///they will screw you!! They need to replace their New Car Manager..for just being stupid!!! I guess, If you sit for a while they'll promote you! Look for this dealership to close their doors......I was treated so much better at Mercedes Benz of Denver with a better purchase....

Be cautious.
It’s like a ghost town in this place and it seems you are over charging to pay for the new facility. You should hire more staff. I have been coming here for years and it seems the service has gone downhill. Please bring back the old service qualities I used to look forward too.
