Courtesy Acura is a premiere,
prestigious, wonderful, and customer-centric dealership. Jim O’Connell is an excellent, kind, and understanding sales associate. From when we met to when we purchased, he was understanding, helpful, and gave his personal opinion where it mattered. Multiple conversations took place via email and in person, and each was fulfilling and helpful. Within the conversations, information was exchanged about pre-inspection checks, maintenance records, work hours, and locations of contact. All of which ensured an easy and simple buying process. When the time came to finalize the deal, a phone call or two were made in agreement on numbers. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jim, offered a seat, and starting signing the papers. One of the only two unsatisfying items was the wait to be transferred to financial. The wait was not overly long, but, it did take a while, even though we had already agreed on numbers. But, in that period of time, Jim made sure that we were well taken care of, comfortable, and entertained. The ease and friendliness of talking with Jim made the whole process that much easier and less stressful. When were transferred to financial, we worked with Will Douglas, who introduced himself earlier. He was friendly and very informative, and made sure he went through his many sales pitches. The second unsatisfying item was that the dealership refused to take a paid-in-full check made payable to the customer, and endorsed as to “pay to the order of” the dealership. Other than that, the process was easy, somewhat quick, and simple. After agreement on how the dealership will acquire the money, we went on our way.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Jim O’Connell was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Another disappointment is that when we first contacted the dealership via an online form, an Internet Sales Consultant received my message. In that message, I specified that I preferred to be contacted by email, and yet I received a call early in the morning. He did very little to assist us, where we went to the dealership, and that is where we met Jim. Since Jim made up for John’s shortcomings, I will say, for what it’s worth, I thought Jim O'Connell deserved all and more from this sale. We were extremely satisfied. When the time arises, we may conduct our business with this dealership again, and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Courtesy Acura is the first dealer I have taken my TSX in for service, I usually do most of the work myself, and was only in for a recall, but I plan to go there, even though it is farther from my home than Mile High Acura. The service department was not pushy at all on needed maintenance items, and the sales department was very friendly when I was checking out a possible next new car!
Courtesy Acura has the friendliest and knowledgeable staff. They are professional and proactive, not to mention amazing car washes and amenities. I appreciate their honesty and efficient service. I don't trust my Acura to anyone else!
I recently went in for an oil change. Sandy was so friendly and helpful and made it very obvious he cared about my car and my family's needs. After the car was inspected, he let me know of a couple things that needed attention sometime soon, but didn't push me to do it right away or pressure me to stay at the dealership for non-warranty items. I chose one of the things to take care of immediately and can plan on fixing the other things in the near future. Will definitely return to this dealership for other needs! Also, the waiting area is nice and comfy with snacks, TV, etc which really helps!
Recently, we purchased a 2011 Audi A4
from Courtesy Acura, in Littleton. The dealership truly exemplifies professionalism throughout the entire organization. We found our sales consultant, Ray, to have strong knowledge across multiple car brands, but also straightforwardly admitted his lack of precise knowledge on the Audi models. He completely showed respect to both my wife and me, and quickly found answers to the few questions he could not answer.
My wife and I paid cash for the car, so we had minimum dealings with the finance arm. However, in dealing with this group, we could see that this group would work with clients in an utmost professional manner. The finance manager did present options for maintenance and window tinting, but he did not do a hard sell.
At the end of the night, we discovered that the dealership had misplaced a key. Even though we bought the car "as is", and only received one key, Tom, the general manager assured us that the dealership would replace this. We went to a local Audi dealership, and ordered a key, and the dealership promptly reimbursed us.
My wife and I also have an Acura RDX, which we have had serviced at Courtesy Acura. We found the service competitively priced, and the quality of the work outstanding.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Courtesy Acura, and we would highly recommend this dealership.

Just purchased a 2013 Acura with Ray, and it was as good of a car buying experience as I have ever had. It was smooth process, didn't take an entire day, and Ray kept the whole process moving along a very pleasant. Lou walked me through all the features on my new MDX and took the time even to confirm my phone was connecting properly. All in all- a great experience.

We recently purchased a vehicle and expected the high-pressure sales that one would think that a car dealership is known for, but much to our surprise and delight, it was absent. Ray, our sales person, was awesome and worked hard to get us the best deal possible.
Jeremiah in financing was just as great...in fact, we have never had such a pleasant car-buying experience. Within hours after purchasing the vehicle, we were driving away in our new car, feeling like we got a heck of a deal. Great place to go.
