This place is NOT fun city. The staff (manager, bartender, ride attendants, bouncers) were all completely rude and inappropriate. Not a fun night, and it was my birthday :(

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!. I remember going to this place as a young teen, back when it was called Fun Plex. I decided to take my two children to it today. NEVER AGAIN!!! The food was disgusting, and we had to keep buying drinks because they don’t do refills. Talk about cheap. The whole place was dirty, and half the games did not work. The last straw was when I let my little daughter go play in the little kid’s area, and had seen a few kids playing with a used mouse trap. The trap had mouse feces on it. We did not even bother to use up the remainder of our time, we needed to get out, and get out fast. Spend your money at another family center, and stay far from this place.

What a waste of time ....... I really should not even give them a star. It was that bad.

We get to Fun City to have a few beers and bowl . We walked in and its unlimited open to close for $24.95 . They guy at the counter tried to tell us it was $29.95. He put 4 people in one lane. Okay he was new. WE asked to have two lanes .We finally get to the lanes and 1/2 hour later on manager came over to see if were ok , we asked for a waitress . 15 mins later she came over and asked so rudely if we wanted anything. We asked for a menu , what kind of beer they had. She left and brought a few menus and just left , 15 mins later she came back and we wanted to order. Again we asked what kind of beers , She say BUD BUD LITE, and All Coors products. So we asked for four Bud Lites , So she left again and 10 mins later the manager came over and said the dont have Bud Lite and carded us, So we have been there for over an hour and beyond mad. We finally got our beers and a couple of sprites.

So we walked over to talk to another manager ,there was 3 standing around doing nothing. They pointed out the owner , so we went over to talk to him and explain what happen . The owner was as dumb as dirt. I UNDERSTAND YOU CANT FIX STUPID BUT ...This guy is dumb. Ok get back to the story, we bowled for a few more hours and ready to leave and could not find our waitress she was gone on break . We got our bill and looked $4.75 a beer and the soda was $ 3.00 every time they brought you a refill. SCAM .

We paid our bill and the waitress asked if we wanted our change , Wow not to be cheap but WTF did she do nothing.

I really think the board of health should go in and look around .

I will never go back . Do us all a favor and close down or sell to someone who cares about people and kids having fun.

Don't waste your time, there are better places to go.. We stopped at Fun City today for the first time. It was Horribly filthy in the kids play area. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and hadn't been vacuumed in months! I wondered if they have ever had a visit from the health inspector ( they would probably be shut down it was that bad). We had our 84 year old grandmother with us (who is restricted to a wheelchair). She wanted to have an alcoholic beverage while she had to wait for the kids who were playing. They would not serve her because she did not have her driver's license with her. We spoke with the manager and he informed us that it is their policy to only serve alcohol to those that can prove their age and since it is around Halloween anyone can dress to look older. REALLY?? She is 84 and she looks 95, very feeble, completely white haired, very wrinkly, I seriously do not think someone under 21 could really pull that off with any kind of success. I do agree with carding people and not letting people drive drunk but this was completely ridiculous. She doesn't drive, she's 84, and she just wanted one drink. This place is under new ownership and I really think they have a lot of work to do to work out the kinks in their business policies. I don't think we will be going back any time soon. Denver has many great places to go and have fun at, this one is not worth the time or money.
