Trustworthy & Ethical Practices. I have been seen by Dr. Rifkin for over 5 years and have complete confidence in her ability and practices. Her professionalism, knowledge and attentiveness to answer all questions really make our doctor/patient relationship comfortable. I, literally, trust her with my life. With all due respect to a prior post, I don't think that a busy practice of medical professionals would have time or want to expend energy on "phony feedback" to reviews. However, if someone is going to print a Dr.'s name and it doesn't sound like she was even part of your complaint, she deserves equally good feedback from those of us who trust and respect her as our physician. quality doctors!. I have found Foothills Family practice to be really good. I am very happy I found it. Everyone is incredibly nice and no one rushes you. I scheduled an appointment that included daily headaches, thyroid disease and back pain. All of my problems were taken care of and Dr. Rifkin spent a lot of time with me. She has also been taking care of my 89 yr old mother. Definitely a good family practice.…

Told I needed multiple appointments for multiple issues. This practice is not concerned about your health or time, just your money. During a visit for my ear I asked if I could get an overall checkup/physical and Dr Rifkin replied that I was only scheduled for the ear, I'd need to make another appt for the general checkup, ok fair enough.

I had an appt scheduled for another issue, and called in a few days in advance to add 2 other things of concern to my visit. The receptionist told me the doctors are urged to only see patients for 1 issue per visit.

The practice told me, "If I had 3 separate issues I would need to make 3 separate appointments."

Needless to say I went with another practice who didn't give me grief for multiple issues during a single visit.

Last review was 2008 ... Interesting to see that 5 days after my review on 10/12, a person from Tuskagee, AL, and a person from Colorado Springs, CO, post good reviews for this practice in Littleton.

I did email the practice letting them know I'd review them online, looks like they found my review and had to post their own phony feedback as damage control.…
