Had a great experience. I had an easy time finding frames and lenses. Maybe management has had a change of heart since other reviews? I was approched by multiple employees to ask if I needed help and each were very personable and helpful. Also did a great job explaining pricing and different lense options.

Would highly recommend!

Who owns this store?. You might as well be on your own. Are these people volunteers or do they get paid? for what?

The most useless people ever.

Do not give them your business, I wish I would have read the reviews before I went.

Would not help in choosing a frame. I visited this location in June 2010. There were four visible staff members standing around the front desk socializing with each other and not making any attempts to help anyone who walked into the store. So I started trying to find a new sun glass frame on my own. After looking for 40 minutes I found four of them I liked and as no one had yet approached me to offer any advice or help I took them up to the front desk to ask for some assistance deciding which one to go with. I was then told that none of the frames that I had chosen would work with my Rx! I was furious! I left the whole pile there at the desk and made a quick exit! I then walked down the mall to their competitor where I was immediately greeted by a very helpful man that first asked me for my Rx and then proceeded to show me several sun glass frames and regular clear frames that would work with my Rx. I bought four pair from him!

poor customer service. this lens crafters location had the most non responsive service. I purchased a pair of Rayban sunglasses from Lens Crafters and the tint started bubbling a little over one and a half years later. I went to this location to find out what could be done. The sales person basically stated that I must have put something on the lens and there was nothing that they could say about why this haapened. The General manager came over but never even made eye contact or spoke to me at all. She stated that it was not normal for sunglasses to bubble up.Do NOT Give this location business. TRy the SOuthwest PLaza location for people who care. They also said BTW if I purchased the new lens that I could not do so witbout a new prescription.
