Non-responsive

I have tried twice over the past couple of months to get Lukas to carry a brand of liquor I like so that I can do ALL of my shopping at their store. I like to shop there for my beer because of their great selection and pricing. So far my requests have fallen on non-responsive, deaf ears. You would think they would want my business vs. the other large store down the street that does carry my liquor but noooooooooo, they drop the ball when I walk out of the store. Sooooooooo, I will get my beer at the competition (they have a decent selection) and Lukas can continue to operate without regard to customer needs/wants. Adios Lukas!
Lukas Liquors Lies About "Good Pricing"
by s lewis at Citysearch
I was told the same thing at Lukas Liquors. This company lies to its customers about sale pricing.
I found the same item for $4 dollars less at Davidson Liquors and it was NOT ON SALE!
I called the manager and he said it is on sale, that is a sale price at Lukas. OK, that clears everything up. What about the salesperson saying that it was real good price?
It was not.
I hate being lied to. I am not a wine expert and I need to rely on advice from sales people. I can't do that at Lukas.
Lost my business for good!
Lukas Liquor Pricing
by sblewis2 at Citysearch
We went into Lukas Liquors and agin the sales associate gave us false information.
We wanted a nice bottle of Cab. The associate says we have a "Great Sale Price" on Chateau Smith 9Washington. Normally it is $24.95 and you can buy it today for $20.00!!
I found out I can buy it anywhere for a "Regular Price" of $15.99.
Third and last time I get ripped off by LL.
I called the store and the manager tells me that is a good price "FOR THEM". Guess I better check pricing "BEFORE" I shop at LL again.
- Pros: none
- Cons: High Prices, Sales People give bad information
