After moving to Lone Tree from LA 1 years ago and not washing my car since, my smooth car paint took on a rugged sandpaper texture... at least the parts that weren't covered in bird shit. I got sick of the dirty look from the others, I looked up some detailing places to clean it up.

I called Magic Rabbit to make an appt. based on google and citysearch reviews. I had an exceptional issue w/ the interior where someone helping me move tipped over a cooler filled w/ ice water in the past, and had residual slight odor from this event.

Shirley was totally up front w/ me on this. She explained that the underpad and possibly the floor carpet would have to be replaced, and why. Her explanation was very detailed and logical- which led me to knowing the dealer was the place I needed to be instead of a detail shop. While some places would have skipped that and just grabbed the sale- Shirley was righteous and totally honest.

5 stars for dealing with an honest company not out to rip you off!!

I contacted Magic Rabbit to do a detailing job on a referral from friend. We plan to give away my 08 Ford F250 to my son who lives in the Eastern plain.

Well, Magic Rabbit did a great job. This vehicle is used as a work truck. I haul around tools, paint, and construction materials. Needless to say, it gets dirty and all.

They were very honest about what they could do with the scratches to the vinyl interior parts and even gave me a referral to a guy who specializes in those repairs. They removed most of the scratches on the surface of the vehicle and the inside smells great now.

After 4 years without much attention, my F250 looks like new. I feel great when I hand this vehicle to my boy this week.

I am 70 and this is the only place I. I am 70+ and this is the only place I take my car a wash. Betty and her staff take the time to clean the inside. My wheels always come out looking like new. Yes they might take a little more time to do the job but you get a very clean car. You definitely get what you pay for and I will continue bringing all my cars in.

I will be a customer for life!!. I got my car fully detailed with engine clean on Aug 30. I loved so much that I decided to go back after my Thanksgiving trip. Wow! They did it again... My car smelled and looked great. I am very satisfied with the services. They have earned my repeated business....

Most detail-oriented auto-detailer I have ever met!. I was selling my car and it needed lots of work. I mean lots!!! My seats were so stained and there were even some parts falling off inside. So, of course, I went to do my research. Magic Rabbit was named the best detailing in 2011. So, I thought I would give it a try.

I was also taken back by the price after speaking to the greeter, but I felt like it was something I had to do. So, I dropped my Honda Passport off two days later amongst all the luxury cars they were detailing that day, which I thought that was a good sign. As I left, I was not going to get my hopes up even though the manager promised most of the stains would be gone.

The manager there picked me up when the car was done the next day (I did not have a ride!). I seriously couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my car. She looked like the day I first met her,and for a split second, I actually thought about keeping her. My seats/inside was spotless, even some of the scratches on the outside were not noticeable now, and they fixed this one part on the inside that was falling off. They even removed all the engine sludge!! I posted my baby on Craig's and sold her two weeks later. It was worth every penny that I spent there!! vrooooom...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS -- Ruined My Car's Interior. CONSUMER ALERT -- Ruined my Lexus beautiful interior and refused to pay for it. Avoid at all costs. Also double-charged my credit card. Will be reporting to State Attorney General's office and also Better Business Bureau. Wash your car elsewhere. The inexperienced, non-English speaking staff used harmful cleaning solvents on my interior and did tremendous damage to the wood and leather of my car interior. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....

So happy!. I heard that this place won the best car wash and detailing award this year and so I give it a try. My car has been sitting outside for 3 years and had grit all over it...it felt like sandpaper. It is dark gray in color so I didn't even realize how bad it was until I picked it up at the end of the day from this place.

Seriously, it looked like a brand new car that I was driving off the showroom floor! I love love love it! I won't be waiting 3 years to do this again. I forgot how awesome my car looks (and how good I feel) when I take care of my things. So happy!

My black car looks perfect after a detail job !!. My fiance and I discovered this place by chance (we actually went next door to buy liquor). Magic Rabbit did an amazing detailing job. They got a stain out of our car seat that NOBODY else could get out (I spilled some face wash on the suede seat)... buffed out a scratch to look like new (when I accidentally rubbed a pole in our parking garage)... We have a black car - which is usually a challenge to keep looking clean. Magic Rabbit basically took out all signs that I ever drive the car.

My fiance is the most anal person in the world when it comes to our car - and now he will be a regular customer at this place. They really do a great job.

Best mini detail ever!. I brought in my 2003 Acura MDX for a car wash today--is an extra car in our family so is fairly neglected. I was easily convinced to do the mini detail for a mere $29.99. Over an hour later, I got my car back and it felt like a NEW CAR! I was amazed at the level of detail at that price. They vacuumed every crevice and used Armor All on all surfaces, which were gleaming! I have been to Magic Rabbit for car washed, which are always top notch. I would recommend this mini detail for any of my friends--a seriously great deal. Thanks!!!

Kudos to Magic Rabbit at Highlands Ranch. Yesterday I got my car washed at your Highlands Ranch location. While I was there a watch I had in my pocket fell out. I did not discover the loss until about an hour later. I immediately called and was told that your manager, Johny had found it and turned it in. I now have my watch back. This watch was a gift from my deceased mother and is very special for me. It is a valuable watch, not just for sentimental reasons.

I want to commend Johnny for finding and returning my watch. Additionally, every time I get my car washed, Johnny is there supervising the crew to make sure they are doing a proper job. His professionalism and integrity will keep me coming back. You have a great person in Johnny!
