Your staff was really nice during our visit in Columbine animal hospital, my dog felt secure with you by the way I looked at him that he looked at the staff. Thank you.
Really like this place. They have helped my lab with her fitful allergies and I know that she's happy about it
Great clinic, super caring- a real find!! We are new to town and the whole staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They can also get you in quick. Everyone there is very personable, and they take their time with the patients. (woof) Also they follow up on patients religiously. We are happy to find this great place on the first try! They are very clear about what the charges will be and there are NO surprises. The rates seem fair for Colorado.
My cats are very shy and gets scared at the vet. I wanted to find a place that would take their time and treat my cats gently and with patience. The vets here are so great with my 3 shy boys! They understand cats and take their time. I always have a bunch of questions and they also spend extra time with me. I love this vet!
Caring and Personal - I have been bringing my pets here for 13 years. They are a bit on the pricey side, but not much more than the other vet offices in the area. They are also more than willing to work with you about how much you can afford to properly take care of your pets. When I brought my dog in to be put down the staff was nothing less than caring and professional. They gave me all the time and comfort I needed. After the fact I received a card in the mail giving even more support. I would never advise anyone to go to another office in town.
Nice kind staff. The doctor seemed very intelligent and knew his stuff. All in all I think I've found the family Vet. I'd recommend this place for anyone who needs top level care for their animals.
I took a found dog to Columbine Animal Hosp. to have her scanned for a microchip. While there, they gave her a light examination, removed sutures from a previous surgery, and provided a treatment of Frontline to combat the fleas. All of this was provided at no charge. The care shown for a homeless dog is enough for me to take my own dogs there for their next check-up.
While at the office, the entire staff (including the veterinarians, themselves) works to calm and coddle the animal, so as to make the experience as positive as possible. Also, the veterinarians and the vet techs are incredibly knowledgeable, and will patiently explain any and all issues throughout the visit.
EVERYONE that works there cares so much about the animals and will do anything it takes to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Also, the owner is a wonderful person. She takes the time and money to help strays with private training lessons, boarding, food, everything, even if the stray is a bit aggressive. If you have cost concerns, they will try to work something out with you. I love my dog with all my heart and for me to say I am 100 percent comfortable with leaving her there and trusting in the doctors and staff is a big deal.
I love the this place! The people here are professional and caring. Throughout many years and many animals, they have always done what was best for my pets. If it's an emergency, they'll work you in. If its a question that can be answer over the phone they'll do it. They never send you home not knowing what to expect or do, and they always make a phone call later to see in the pet is O.K.
