Great Menu, Great Food, Great Service!. I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Never have I had a bad meal: breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love to see what the special for the day is! The review of 6/21/09 baffles me. In June, you couldn't see into the kitchen. There was a wall there! They don't have anywhere near 10 people in the kitchen...they don't need that many. Justin, Nick and the others handle the orders with efficiency and great care for accuracy. I could go on and on, but my point is this: the newly remodeled restaurant is gorgeous and the food is second to none. Try the new steak sandwich or the country fried steak dinner. Great additions! And as always, the best pizza I have had since leaving New York. Keep up the good work, Roberts!…

Remodeled - WOW!. Double the seating now. Much better lighting (as i get older this seems more important!) New menu - that I have yet to try, still some of the old favorites - mine is Nick's combo. Great addition!! Congrats on 10 years in business and we look forward to the next 10!!…

Good Food, bad customer service.. I love there pizzas, there New York style; they are thin and use good tasty ingredients and they have lots of grease but also lots of flavor. Pricing is alright could be cheaper for what ur getting, but I'm willing to pay a little extra for it. However i was almost turned away completely from this restaurant after I had a horrible experience waiting for my pizza. They take about 30 minutes to make 2 large pizzas and sometimes even up to 45 minutes. I came to pick up a small pizza and a large, approximately 35 minutes after ordering, i arrived and the pizzas i was told weren't done yet. This was reasonable, so i waited. Ten minutes after that, still waiting, I realize that both my pizzas were done; i could see into the kitchen area and saw my pizzas sitting on top of the oven. I was also perplexed as to why they weren't done when i arrived because they honestly had at least 10 people back there doing stuff or screwing around. So i asked the cashier lady if she could go check if my pizzas were done. She went back walked right by the oven looked around and came back. She said they weren't up yet. I thought to myself ok well I was sure that's them on top of the oven but I'll take her word for it. An hour has passed since I ordered my pizzas, and 30 min of that time I have been sitting in there restaurant waiting for my pizzas while I see others walk in and get there pizzas and leave. I thought those pizzas on the oven have to be mine and they just forgot, so i asked the cashier to go check them, shes goes back checks them and returns. She asks me what i ordered; now very frustrated, i tell her a small pizza and a large. She goes back again and asks one of the cooks now sitting around doing nothing if those r the ones i ordered, he looks at them and asks me what i ordered, I tell him, he looks at them and says ya these might be it and gives them to the girl, she brings them up. guess what they were my pizzas, ahhh. By this time almost 30 minutes have passed and the pizzas r now cold. I was absolutely furious by the time i got out of there that i vowed never to return. There lack of care and consideration for the customer really pisssed me off. No respect and no care in the world to help the customer. Even though they screwed me I still go there because there pizza is so damn good, however the service lately has been getting better and i haven't had to wait so long. Overall i would say there staff is incompetent and incapable but some how they make really good pizza, so if ur willing to put up with a bunch of dumb asses to get really good pizza than go to Roberts Deli.…
