there are other Parker based companys with better deals and better products. They think that they are the only guys around. Check the phone book. The local Echo Pages are great ( THE LOCAL PHONE BOOK). Its the one with the cowboy/Horse on it.
Pros: They will come out quickly
Cons: highest priced and worse products in my opion

I had Hansen Glass replace some panes of glass on my house. After they completed the work, I had water running into my basement pretty steadily in a hard rain. I contacted the company about the problem and a technician came out and sealed the area around the windows. The leak then stopped. Hansen would not support my request to do a mold test after that becuase I noticed some discoloration on the wall that had the leak. They claimed they were not responsible. The window never leaked, they did the work, then it leaked, then they fixed it, but it is not their fault. Choose another vendor.
Cons: Would't stand behind their work
