Best Mexican food in Parker.
We have been patrons here for many years, and by far Las Delicias has the best mexican food in Parker. The service is always top notch, you will never run out of chips and salsa or low on drinks. Many of the servers have been working there for years and are very good at what they do. We are always greeted with a smile, and treated like family. Many places in Parker lack the consistency that Las Delicias has had for many many years. I would recommend to anyone!

Not bad, but could be better.
Not a bad place for Mexican in Parker. With only a few places to choose from in the area; Guadelajara, La Bamba, and Old Santa Fe coming to mind, it's probably tops among them, espacially for the price.
Coming back to Colorado from Phoenix, it's been very hard to find Mexican food that compares to even the lousiest taqueria in Phoenix. I'm guessing it's a regional thing, but who knows. I can say unequivically that the green chile is top notch here, but I can't find a real taco anywhere. At any rate, Las Delicias IV is a favorite of ours. Ultra-quick, friendly service and excellent chile rellenos are their calling cards here.
A couple complaints I have from the many times we've visited is the temperature and consistency of the food. Normally, Mexican food is piping hot coming from the kitchen, but not here so much. It's been hot enough, but unless you dig in quickly, it's too cold to enjoy by the end of the meal. The consistency of the food is also a little off, in my book. The beef and beef/bean burritos are very runny, as is the taco meat. If you order a combination platter with a taco, be sure to eat the taco first, or it's going to disintegrate from the runniness of the meat.

Small family-operated Mexican chain has been thriving in Colorado for more than two decades..
In Short
This local chain of home-style Mexican restaurants offers up tasty and filling classic dishes in a sparkling clean, but basic environment. Meals are served from breakfast to dinner, with clientele ranging from employees from local businesses to families. Entrees include carnitas estilo michoacan--melt-in-your-mouth chunks of spicy, simmered pork. There's also green-chili enchiladas and sides such as refried beans and Spanish rice with chopped tomato, potato and onion.
