Denver >Palm Restaurant
TERRIBLE. DISASTER DINNER.. After Hotel Teatro's concierge recommended The Palm, I make reservations for a party of 9 a month and a half prior to Thanksgiving. The Palm advertised a Thanksgiving turkey dinner for $45 per person. When we arrived on time, the restaurant was in total chaos with seemingly no one in charge. There were so many people waiting to be seated, you could not stand in the restaurant. We were taken a half an hour late to our table and then told there were no more turkey dinners available. We should have left but we ordered dinner which came an hour and a half later. The steaks were cold and bad. In fact, all the food was just plain bad. No one came and told us why our food was taking so long. The service matched the dinner. TERRIBLE. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT. IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!. EVERY SINGLE TIME for the last TWO YEARS my company has placed large to go orders for our quarter meetings( each order totaling at least $600), the staff seems to mess up the orders. Either a steak is under or over cooked or we are missing a client's complete order, after spending five minutes placing it. No matter how many times we go over the order, THEY SEEM TO MESS IT UP! Trust me there are better places to eat than The Palm, where the food is OVERPRICE
I LOVE the Palm. The Palm Restaurant is My favorite Place to Eat in Denver. It is the best in my opinion! They have great Food, Exellent service, friendly hosts and servers. and it is a great place for a Celberation dinner with family or friends.
HIGH PRICES WITH EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. How did I hear about the restaurant? I stayed at the Westin Tabor, for business & was recommended by the hotel.(This is how I came across the wretched restaurant.) What happened? My waiter was abrupt & unattentive. Though the menu was very minimal in regards to the selection...I still had questions. When I was in the middle of a question, he interrupted me saying he needed to check on another table several times. High $$$-bad service. What did I eat? I had the crab cocktail. Fresh crab meat? NOT. Mashed potatos-lumpy & runny...how is this? Asparagus fritter, which was battered asparagus...bad idea. The 16oz sirloin steak-nothing special. USDA prime meat? Do they even know what that means? If this restaurant is rated as fine dining, whoever rated this was smoking something. Try The Greenbrier in West Virginia to name a few. Good luck. Bonne appetite!-BUT not at The Palm Restaurant.
Doorman says it's good. I'm the doorman at the Embassy Suites , I go to the Palm and I send about 10 ppl a night. Never one complaint. Always Always is the best.
Dressed to Impress. The wait staff and the food are both dressed to impress. Scrumptious appetizers, enchanting entrees, and incredible desserts await you and your guests. If you are a lobster or steak lover, this is the place! First time diners are bequested a free beverage or free dessert - well worth the trip for first-time adventurers. Expect to spend a bit - but the food and service are well worth the expense.
Fine Dining. This restaurant is of the highest caliber and the setting is unmatched.
