In Short – The smell of wheat and hops greets you at the door, along with the din of folks drinking and laughing around the bar. A large dining room offers comfortable booths and several tables, easily pushed together to accommodate large groups. For a meal, go for the generous serving of seared-rare tuna or charbroiled elk medallions. To wash it all down, try one of Wynkoop speciality brews augmented with seasonal ingredients.
From an experianced diner

I took my wife here for her 30th birthday. So, they don't take reservations on the weekends and we were good consumers and made adjustments. We arrived and hour before our party was to arrive and was told that the wait was an hour, no problem. An hour and a half later I checked back with the host stand and was told that the GM of the Wynkoop came in with his own private party and took the seating area the host stand was reserving for us! We waited another 30 minutes only to have our party broken up over three tables. Not one person came by to apologize or offer and compensation for the horrible experiance, oh that's right the GM was to busy pushing around paying customers and feeding his own ego to care about anyone else.
Good food, atrocious beer.

Food: Excellent bar food at very good prices.
Service: Sub par, both nights.
Atmosphere/Layout: Great. A beautiful interior. VERY nice place and close to the Rockies stadium.
Beer: BAD! I was surprised. By far the worst beer I've ever had at any brew pub/brewery. I tried all, but one or two of the beers they have on tap (nearly a dozen). Their stout was okay and a few others were drinkable, but extremely unremarkable. Others were just god awful. Undrinkable. When I tell someone in my party a beer "tastes like food" when he asked how it was, you know you're in trouble.
Not impressed

The restaurant was extremely warm, the music was way to loud. The waitress didn't speak above a whisper, the fish and chips were very disappointing. Not worth the money. With all the other restaurants in the area you would be wise to try them instead.
- Cons: to warm in restaurant, way to loud.
