LoDo's just remodeled and doubled their capacity. The patio is huge now with more heaters and even a fireplace. Bathrooms were a wonderful addition to the patio especially with the summer music series coming up where live bands will play every Friday and Saturday evening on the patio. We have a new beer list and added tons of new menu items. We are a great lunch spot especially on the patio in the summer. Yes, if you come on the weekends late night you will still get the scene of younger 20-somethings drinking and dancing the night away...we have a live DJ and the restaurant turns into a dance party. I love working here because it's entertaining and you meet and socialize with a variety of people. I've been here a year and don't plan to leave anytime soon. We get busy for Rockies home games and local events around town. The bartenders are friendly and chatty and the server staff is always eager to help. It's how we do it around here. We have some of the best drink prices in LoDo and some of the most efficent security staff I've been exposed to. They make LoDo's a safe environment for it's patrons and staff. Management is amazing, if you ever have an issue they are willing to resolve it, although they might tease you when you come to close your tab the next morning, hungover. Weekend mornings we serve brunch for 5.99 and have a bloody mary bar that is 5 bucks! We have college alumni teams that meet here to cheer on their teams on our huge TVs in HD (and yes, we added even more TVs downstairs as well as the patio). It's a great environment with an atmosphere that changes based on time of day and day of week. It's why we have so many regulars. Come down, have lunch, take a tour of the newly remodeled building and enjoy some of the local favorites on tap.
Pros: New Menu, New Beer List, Great Staff, Newly Remodeled, Busy Late Night Scene
Cons: Parking around downtown is well....parking downtown. Wish we had a bigger lot.

I have gone to Lodo's many times. Generally I like the atmosphere of the casual sports bar and their rooftop patio is great in the summer. I do have an issue with the people who work the door. They have become increasing rude. My boyfriend and I showed up to Lodo's after a St. Patrick's day concert event they had earlier that morning to have a couple of afternoon beers. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the doorman checked my ID and let me pass, but refused to let my boyfriend in, claiming that he had already thrown my boyfriend out of the bar that morning and that he was too intoxicated to come into the bar, when, in fact, we had not been to Lodo's in months. We were not drunk and were not causing a scene--they had no reason to single us out, but refused to let us enter. Sadly, the same thing had happened to us on Labor Day Weekend, but I thought we would try again, thinking it had been an honest mistake on their part. Although I had been to Lodo's in the past and have had a great time, I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I would rather walk across the street to any of the numerous bars that are on Market Street that create the same atmosphere (with a lot better service).
