Used to be the best place in town. 10 years ago this place was the sh*t!

Droped in recently - food was good but not great (especially for what you're going to spend).

Bartenders were lame, service was ok. The awesome vibe is gone - maybe just a sign of the crummy economy?

Delicious. Delicious! I love the roasted garlic. The sauces were very interesting and delicious with everything we dipped into them. I would go back and dine there again and again.

Great Restaurant. This is the best restaurant that I have been to in town. The food is just excellent and very tasty just a little overpriced, wait staff are quite friendly and the atmosphere is great.

complex flavors and then dipping sauce?. First of all, the place was cold. The service was okay. I was really surprised that they had a list of 20+ sauces but no one mentioned anything to us about picking sauces. However, I don't know how they could have been enjoyed. Our food (three pepper flank steak and the shrimp and noodle bowl) were so spicy that it was not enjoyable at times. The flank steak was very chewy. I know it's flank steak, but at $30 I'm expecting a dining experience. We decided to skip dessert because who knows how they would try to make dessert flavors complex. Went to dBar instead.

Bottom line, way over priced, too spicy, food flavors too complex for the added dipping sauce, like eating in a meat locker.

Wasn't too impressed with their sister restaurant, Steuben's, either.

The Fresh Fish Company. Since we came back to Colorado 5 years ago,we rediscovered The Fresh Seafood Co. and have been good customers ever since.

The food is outstanding and the personnel is so nice and friendly, you feel like you are at home! The Sunday brunch is unique and very popular. And when they have your e-mail address, they let you know all the specials they can offer and believe me ,that is wonderful.

We enjoy going there more than to any other place and are very happy to have learned about them.

expensive yet nickle and dimed. Went to Vesta Dipping grill last night for a birthday. Party of five. Arrived at 5 because it was the only time available on this Saturday. Ordered all 5 of the "special" $2.00 appetizers to see what we may want to continue with. They came: 1- beef satay, 1 -shrimp, 1- 1" square pork belly, 2 chorizo balls the size of a large gumball and 3 tater tots with a creamy cheese filling. Food cost, maybe 10%. All were good but uninspiring. Ordered 2 nice bottles of wine, Freemark Abbey 2006 merlot over the course of the dinner. They were very nice at at price of $46.00 each.

Ordered beet salads for $10.00 each(they were very good), organic greens salad for $7.00 and another chips and dips sampler for $7.00 both of which I felt were unispiring. Food cost: maybe 10%. Then ordered chicken (leg and thigh) @ $23.00(good), 2 tunas at $26.00(good), smoked duck breast (excellent)for $28.00 and their special korean bbq buffalo at $32.00 (very good). Each came with small plate portions of burned (I guess they were suppposed to be carmelized) vegetables. Food cost maybe 15%. With the salads mentioned earlier priced in, each plate was from $30.00 t0 $42.00. Then the finale: we were brought a "2 bite" piece of chocalate moose cake (excellent) with a candle for the birthday boy. Nice touch I thought. After Macallan 18 year for $18 and two Taylor Fladgate Ports for $10 each, we received the bill. Amazingly, we were charged $2.00 for the sliver of chocalate moose birthday cake (which we never ordered). We just spent $415 including tip on dinner and were charged $2.00 for a "two bite" piece of birthday cake we didn't even order. A summary would be: good food, the dips are an interesting hook, food is way overpriced and I would hate to think what a full slice of birthday cake would have cost us!

Great food but the service left a bad taste in my mouth.. Heard a lot about this place so we decided to try it, wish we wouldn't have.

The hostess said maybe one word to us as she sat us in Antartica. The server didn't write anything down, so of course when our appetizer came out (Sauce Sampler... pretty good) 2 of the 5 sauces were wrong. When I tried to tell the food runner he rolled his eyes, put his hand up and rudely told me to wait til he was finished. When I told him the marmalade he brought us was supposed to be the Asian Pear Chutney (which I really wanted to try) and the jalapano something or other was supposed to be wasabe cream, he told me 'oh yeah that's what I meant' and walked away.

Now usually this is the point where you get the manager, well since they all wear their own clothes, we couldn't find a manager to save our lives, and since we were left alone with empty glasses and plates for around 25 minutes we decided to just pay and leave.

Later when we discovered we had left our credit card there, we returned to the same icy hostess, who we inconvenienced by asking for our server, she came up and just stood there, didn't even ask if we needed something just stood there, so we asked about the card. She said 'not here, i'd have it if it was.' Walked away.

I'm hoping the whole restaurant was just having a bad day. But their bad day was bad enough to where I don't really want to go back.

On the bright side, I love the idea but think its better suited for a fun atmosphere like CB & Potts or something a little less stuffy. Great meats, and the sauces were wonderful.

Great food!!!!. The food and service was great. We had a party of 7 and the service was pretty quick for such a large party. The food was top quality, but it ended up being a pretty expensive bill by the end of the night. Other than the price, absolutely no complaints. Great place to eat!

Good food Terrible Service. The sauces actually detract.. First let me preface this by saying, we go out a lot and to very good restaurants. This was absolutely not one of them. The meats were pretty good, the venison has some very excellent qualities. The beef tenderloin was cooked well, but not the best cut. The Shrimp and bay scallop ceviche was very good and has some nice flavors with the medium spice. The vietnames egg rolls were ok, with the crust be excellent and the filling being worthless. The food overall was very good. The service was terrible. We were sat at 7:00. We had our first contact with our waiter at 7:25. Since we had 25 minutes to look over the menu, we were pretty sure what we were going to get, but we just ordered drinks and appetizers. The first bottle of wine was not available, and instead of just asking if we want another bottle, the waiter goes into a long story of why it is out. Who cares? Apologize, and just get me the second bottle. We next see our waiter about 30 minutes later with the appetizers and bottle of wine. At this point we order, because who knows when we will see him next. We order and he is just very rude from then on, tossing dessert menus at us, not explaining anything. This waiter took what could have been a nice experience into a restaurant we will not return to.
