Wonderful experience. My fiance and I came to Gusterman's for my engagement ring. We wanted to have something constructed that was uniquely ours, but done well. We had a very limited budget, and up until we found this wonderful place our experience had been very negative surrounding this fact. However, the staff at Gusterman's treated us like first-class customers and always made suggestions that fell below our budget - never pushing us over. They worked with our conceptualizations, while being professional about what would be functional for our active lifestyle. They spent a lot of time to get the ring just right - and in the end, it is perfect. Not only do I have a ring that I feel is a true reflection of the love between my husband and I, but we have nothing but wonderful memories or the whole experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gusterman's in the future - they are very good at what they do.

Wonderful service and expertise. I went in to have a vintage ring re-sized, and also took a small collection of vintage jewelry in to learn more about. Mary took time to look at each piece and informed me about the construction methods, dates, and also any artistic movements reflected in the item.

I found that the staff had a wonderful sensitivity and "feel" for their craft, and my experience there was 100% of what I could have hoped for.

I tell everyone I know about them; just because I am so glad to see good, honest , and engaged/engaging craftspeople businesspersons for a change!

Instead of the normal cold jewelry store feel, Gusterman's has a decidedly organic feel and attitude which does not detract from the quality of the products.

Amazing Service. We got my husband's wedding band from Gusterman's and it was an excellent experience. The owner helped us design a unique, tasteful design and didn't make us feel bad about having a limited budget. It was done in a about two weeks and looks just like what we talked about. The relaxed environment was so much more comfortable than most stuffy jewelry stores. We will definitely go back in the future.
