Jay and his staff have always provided me the best experience possible! Their expertise, professionalism and friendliness is second to none! Not only have I taken my business to Jay Feder's, I have also sent several friends over the years and all have had a wonderful experience! The staff provides a feeling like you are walking into their home!

After visiting Jay Feder Jewelers yesterday, I learned that Jay has retired and his son Mark is now managing the business. After meeting with Mark, it is clear that Jay did very well in passing his experience and expectations onto his son!

In these days, I so often go into a business for whatever product and seek assistance and on many occasions the sales representative does not treat me as a potential customer. My parents purchased their wedding rings at Jay's twenty-eight years ago. I can not begin to describe the marvelous service they have received thus far. I have since purchased a diamond heart pendant necklace as well as several other necklaces at Jayâ??s. We would never trust anyone else to clean and refurbish our jewelry. We were very sad to see Jay and Ceilia move back to Israel, but their son Mark has since kept up Jayâ??s legacy. Jay Feder Takes the Stress Out of Picking the Right Ring. I went to Jay Feder on the advice of a friend who had recently purchased his fiance's engagement ring there. I was so nervous the first time I went there (knowing nothing about picking out a ring). Avi Bulow sat me down and gave me a primer on picking a stone. This was all we did the first couple of hours on day one. When I came back the next day I was feeling more confident about picking the right stone (just like he said I would feel).

I ended up having a custom made ring with very fine engraving details made and many side and bezel set stones running down the band. It looks perfect!!! To top it off this whole process from start to finish only took 1 month (and was totally custom from start to finish)!

Remarkable Service. I was warmly welcomed every time I called or came in to the store. The staff was always willing to take as much time with me as needed. Avi was amazing and went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with my ring.
