GO TO WILLIAM CROW DONT WAST YOUR TIME. FIRST OFF I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO WILLIAM CROW thats in the same building on the 3rd floor, not in a broom closet.The reason I went to Musselmans was that the did a jewelry appraisal back in 1996 and needed the appraisal updated for insurance reasons. I was told by the original person that did the appraisal Damon that there would be no charge to do an update. and that I would get it right back. will after 2 months passed no calls, no update had been done. after many phone calls, and trips to the store we were told that they would do the updated appraisal now if we paid them $100.00 . more time and more phone calls to Damon and still no appraisal. finally after over 2 months of hastles they told us that the appraisal was done and also that they were intrested in buying or selling some of the jewerly for us. so went in to pick up the appraisal and got handed the same 15 yr old appraisal that we took into them, all that they did was mark off old prices and write in new low balled figures, for GOLD AND DIAMOND JEWELRY ( I am sorry gold has not gone lower in they last 15 yrs) in the end we got an appraisal that was worhtless for the insurance company reasons. a ripped off $100.00. I am very dissatisfied. dont use MUSSELMANS

Musselman's Jewelers Very disappointed. My family had an extensive collection of jewelry apparised 15 years ago. My brother took in the original appraisal and asked the Damon Musselman if he would up date the appraisal for insurance purposes. He had it for 2 months. I went downtown to inquire about the update, and told Damon I would pay for the appraisal. Approximately 2 months later I go to pick up the appraisal and Damon has just penciled in new values, left the original date, and lowballed the values and told me he would sell the jewelry for us less 20%. When I complained to Damon he went and cashed my check the same day and I have never heard from him again. Lorian Bruce
