Not clean, wouldn't recommend staying here. Mold in bathrooms, bugs in rooms, period blood on toilet (yuck!). Ever heard of cleaning a room after a guest leaves? Place is trashier than it looks in pictures...

Owners must be self-reviewing. I have no idea why there are three 5-star reviews for this place. These have to be from the owners, I don't believe they are real. I'm being GENEROUS with 2 stars...place was dirty, my room smelled funny, and had lots of BUGS. I moved to ANOTHER room and it was just as bad. After 2 nights I had my company move me elsewhere. Not sure what else to add other than it fell well below my expectations for executive lodging.

Best Corporate Housing Property!. Extremely clean and beautiful property. VERY responsive staff. The staff at AvenueWest made my relocation so easy!

Superior accomodations and I highly recommend them.. I had the best experience staying with Avenuewest. Their team was very professional and accommodating to myself and family moving from Boston. I'd highly recommend Avenuewest for anyones temporary housing needs.
