Tips for Barotz Dental

May 14, 2013

I recently had the opportunity to observe the environment at Barotz Dental. I was blown away! The front desk staff gives each and every patient a warm, personal welcome. The assistants truly care about their patients and educate them on their oral and overall health. They even have Apple iPads that patients can use at their visit.

Going to Barotz was the best dental experience of my entire life! I walked in completely nervous and not sure what to expect. I was blown away by their friendliness, respect, and genuinely wanted me to have a smile I was proud of. After the process of invisalign, I have never been happier with my smile. It was an incredible process, but the staff made it something I will never forget. I feel like they all became my friends! They listen to all of your needs, and make it very enjoyable. Very happy I walked into those doors, because I walked out a changed woman... one that is so proud of her smile. Thank you so very much, Barotz!!

I started with Dr Barotz for convenience, as his office was across the street from mine, but I have stayed with him and his staff for over 15 years because of their excellent care and service.

Things went very well. They're so quick, which helps with my time constraints. The facility is good. Dr. Barotz is informative and and helpful when he explains what needs to be done, and how it needs to be handled. Barotz Dental is not a fly-by-night dentist office. They are knowledgeable, dedicated and professional.

The location is good. The efficiency in which I am treated is good. I recommend Dr. Barotz to anyone in Denver.

Everybody is so nice and treats me with the utmost respect. The dentist is kind, too. My teeth feel much better than they did before! I drive all the way from Wyoming, so they are doing something right! I'd recommend Barotz Dental to anyone! Thanks, Dr. B!

My daughter went for a consultation with Dr. Barotz regarding braces. They presented her a proposal and said this was a special rate only good for the month of September. We have a Carecredit credit card but when we mentioned using this they said the cost would be $500.00 more if we used this form of payment. We left and I called GE Carecredit and they were appalled that a professional would be so dis-honest, there is no upfront charge to Dr. Barotz yet he was present when this was explained and agreed. How many other patients have been doped by this dishonesty. Shame on you Dr. Boratz and your office, can't yu make enough honestly.

Dr. Barotz is a LIAR! He was without a doubt the worst SOB to me I have ever experienced in a Medical setting.

I had written a letter stating how nervous I was due to being molested by a Dentist when I was young. I don't think he ever even bothered to read it. I heard him being rude to another patient while I was in there and she TOO was a heavy female. Thus it occurred to me, that is his prejudice... fat! I was scared beyond belief being with him. He mocked me to my face repeatedly - he was AWFUL! I paid him $2500!! for Xrays and a cleaning - yes I hadn't seen a Dentist for several years, so the cleaning took 2 app't.... but $2500!! Seriously!? I despise this man and I get that same frightening tense feeling every time I see one of his ads or see his face on TV. He is a bigot and an awful human being!

Wow! All I can say is......WoW. Just came back from a trip through time... one in which there was still customer service, friendly people, and caring office workers. Okay, so the last three days I've been waking up with a killer toothache. Last night it got to be too much! So I called my boss, told him I was going to find a dentist and couldn't come in.

A little while back I got a special through Amazon - $2000 toward veneers for $87 at Boratz Dental (which I really got for the deep cleaning that comes with the deal) but I hadn't had a chance to go down for the consultation meeting.

So I go down there this morning in the hopes I can get slipped in between appointments. I go in a little before 9. Pricilla and the front desk reception crew was so warm and inviting! (When was the last time your retail experience was so good you remembered the names of those who helped you?)

They did everything they could to fit me in, took x-rays, completed the procedure, and had me walking out by 11:30

And what was the procedure? A Freeeeeeking root canal!!! Yep, the dreaded RC. And every step of the way, Dr. Boratz was making sure I was confortable... he was explaining what he was doing, and even gave me a choice of treatments. Cindy helped me get a payment plan (since I didn't have a cool $1400 in my back pocket). In short, although I was in serious pain, I walked out smilin BIG time! My tooth was fixed... my wallet was a bit lighter, but I walked out smiling! My reccomendation couldn't be any stronger, heavier, or more deeply felt!

Thanks guys!!!!!

Recommended. I recently drove almost three hundred miles for a full dental review with Dr. Barotz. I am very happy that I did. The staff is caring, attentive and highly professional. After high-tech xrays and diagnostic testing, Dr. Barotz explained to me the current state of my teeth and gums and recommended treatment options. He spent a significant amount of time explaining everything (I felt like I was in a classroom), and put everything in writing with detailed color photos for me to take home. It was EXPENSIVE; but well worth it. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. And the window views of the capitol building during treatment were a bonus.

The Best Dentist in Colorado!!!. When I was 20 years old, after two sets of braces, I went to my dentist in Maryland for a check-up. At that time I had severe periodontal disease and my dentist took one look and said that if I was smart, I would have all of my teeth pulled right then. I walked out and through the years I have been to some AWFUL dentists. Each time I had to explain my story. In addition to dentist #1, three other dentists told me that I should have all of my teeth pulled. In September 2001, I found Barotz Dental. Yes, SOME of my teeth had to be pulled. But Dr. Barotz saved MOST of my teeth and 9-1/2 years later, I still have MOST of my teeth. Thank you Barotz & Associates! You are kind, caring, professional and you have changed my life for the better!!!
