I beg you not to go here!.
I will firstly say that at the beginning, this practice was okay, other than the hygienist dropping a small instrument down the back of my throat. They were nice, and friendly.
However, things later went downhill. I was told I needed a crown, mostly because I was “at risk” for having one of my molars break, and it would be better to do it sooner rather than later to avoid a root canal. A very long story short, they prepped my tooth for the crown, injured the root, it became inflamed, I was in excruciating pain, I called the office and they said it was normal, came back in to have the crown placed, they realized I needed to have a root canal, they sent me somewhere my insurance wasn’t accepted, have the root canal (it took two appointments it was so inflamed), when back to have the crown placed, they broke the crown while trying to place it (meanwhile I’m getting thousands of dollars in bills in the mail for something that has yet to be fixed), went back again, and 3 months later I finally had the crown put in place. They refused to reduce the bill and was charged for each individual, albeit extra visit, AND NOW (6 months later) I HAVE TMJ BECAUSE MY BITE NOT ALIGNED CORRECTLY. So all in all, something that didn’t need to be done has cost me several thousand dollars. Further, I have since gone two a new dentist, where I was informed that it was “not high quality work,” and I am now going to have to have the whole thing redone to correct my bite problem.
So thanks Dr. Redford, your practice is the worst, and your office is ugly. 5280, you must be confused!!!!
Great dental care. Superb dental care by dentists and staff with a most unusual effort to engage the patient in the process. This respect for the patient's role is unique in my long experience and only adds to the top flight professionalism of the practice. We are indeed fortunate to have UDA in Denver.
Dr. Redford is great!. I moved to Colorado a few years ago and had bad experience after bad experience with dentists here. Dr. Redford came highly recommended by a few friends, and I have to agree that he is great! He is very friendly and he really puts you at ease. I was so nervous about having a couple of cavities filled, but he talked me through it and eased my anxiety. Also, the dental hygenist would did my cleaning was amazing! She really knew what she was talking about and made me feel the most relaxed I've ever felt in a dentist office! I definitely recommend University Dental Arts.
Fabulous Dentist Office. I have been to dentists all over the country, I have never found an office that is so friendly and upbeat. There has never been a problem getting an appointment for emergencies, the payments are affordable and easy to handle. I would recommend Dr. Redford and his group to anyone!
Accommodating. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone! After looking for and trying several dentists close to home for over 3 years, I finally found one close to work when I had an emergency. Visiting University Dental Arts is like visiting a friend. Staff is friendly, very helpful, and genuinely care about each person. My husband even traveled downtown for a visit after hearing my rave reviews and is well pleased about the service that he received.
The Best. I, like many of you, hate to go to the dentist. After many different offices, I have settled on Dr. Redford and his team. They are great!
