I have been using this service for 3 years. I am very happy, and more importantly, my cat is happy! My cat has very long hair that gets tangled easily and is painful. Crystal gets the knots out and gives her a lions cut every summer. My cat walks around like she is a princess afterwards and loves to be pet again! It is also awesome that Crystal cones to my house so that I don't have to put my cat through the stress of riding in the car. I would recommend this service to anyone!

The absolute best! Will not have my cat seen by anyone else from now on. She came to our rescue in very short notice, was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My cat was very comfortable with her, and my expectations were exceedingly satisfied. A+ and highly recommend.

GREAT! Cat expert!.
I am so happy with Crystal's Clips. Suzanne is awesome and so knowledgable about cats. She taught me how to upkeep my cat Layla. This is the ideal grooming situation. HIGHLY recommend!

Great service. This was my first experience with a mobile cat groomer. First off, I couldn't find anyone willing to come to my area code (I was told by some that they don't really like to do cats, to which I replied, "Then why advertise that you groom cats??!). I contacted Crystal and not only was she willing to come to me (I live near downtown Denver in a residential neighborhood) but she was willing to come out in 2 days time. My cat is an outdoor cat with long, matted fur and she had to shave him down. He was pretty good but did scratch her a few times and got her really good in the end (drew blood). She was calm, even-tempered, and sweet to him the whole time. I would highly recommend her. It was less stressful for my cat since I could take just put him back in the yard immediately after the grooming was done (and give him a treat, of course).

Mobile Grooming Unit.
When an individual schedules a two hour appointment (not to mention an hour to drive to the location and an hour to drive back) and doesn't answer their door or cancel their appointment, I think that that individual
has no respect for anyone. Time and fuel are rather pricey these days.

Avid dog lover tells you to avoid this place. Rude, unprofessional.. Don't make this lady mad, she's very unprofessional and has a nasty temper. I am glad things fell through before I left my animals to her care. Hundreds of other kind and gentle groomers (that don't use crates as well) around we'll be patronizing. Her business and customer service skills are unremarkably terrible.

best groomer in town. You really have to experience Crystal's to understand how great it is. Petsmart is a scary place to have your dog groomed, and this place is what you would call the anti-petsmart. No crates, no waiting all day for you dog to be done and a beautiful result.

a nice crate free solution.
This place is just perfect for those of us who don't want our dogs crated all day just to get groomed. They take very good care of the babies and the grooming is impeccable.
I like that they give me a specific time and in a couple of hours I can pick up.

Wonderful experienced, professional environment!. This pet salon is basically the basement of the owner's house. It's one on one attention and she does a wonderful job. I like going here because it's not a large, overwhelming atmosphere for my cat. Her rates are comparable to any Petsmart, etc. I highly recommend going to Crystal's and you'll never look back!!

Small amd Quaint.
This salon is by appointment only. This was what I was looking for, because my pet would be given individual attention. Also, the atmosphere was very serene, not like most which are noisy and caotic. She does not cage dry, only table dries the animals.
She has had many years of experience, which shows in the final outcome.
