Problems with purchasing a new Volvo. My wife and I are in the process of buying a new Volvo XC70, via the Costco Auto Purchase program. We were put in touch with one of the salespeople at Rickenbaugh (Bud) and he made a quick initial contact. From there, no response to email questions about the process and the car (two emails asking about the timeline for purchase and differences between trim packages). We live 3.5 hours drive away from the dealership, so internet interaction is required. Disappointing - this is a large purchase for us, and we expected better. We have been referred by Costco to another dealer who is providing excellent support. Two stars for the quick initial response.
happy with the work done. I came in and brought my Volvo in for a brake change and Transmission oil change, I was happy with the work done.
more convenient. I agree that Dwight Davis is the best service rep I have ever worked with. I drive to Rickenbaugh from Lafayette it's more convenient.

extremely happy. I am extremely happy with Rickenbaugh Cadillac dealership and their non pressure policies. I have given their name to several of my friends and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will not buy another car from anyone else.
Thanks guys!. I drove over and spent about an hour doing paperwork and I was on my way,completely painless except the detailer was backed up so we had to wait about an hour for a detail and a full tank of gas, a small thing - that didn't really dampen my enthusiasm for this dealership. I'm 99% sure we'll be back in 3 1/2 years when the lease on my Outback is up. Thanks guys!
