Not good

This is not home away from home. If you are stuck with this place due to your company leasing it out for your extended stay to Denver then that's the ONLY reason to stop there.

The buildings are depressed and the units are in need of overhaul. Years of sloppy paint overlapped on top of layers and layers of old paint. Bad odors, no real climate control, DIRTY, old appliances which don't work very well, lots and lots of noise, feels like NO privacy there, and nightmare parking.

If you ARE stuck staying there you might want to hire Molly Maids to clean the unit, as the in-house cleaning person does only a very surface job. I wouldn't trust them with the move out cleanup either because the total cost promised ends up being larger than discussed when you get the remainder of your deposit back. - And management doesn't respond to your inquiries about it either.

• Pros: moving out!
• Cons: dark, dirty, noisy, not-private, climate control is bad, parking is awful, manager is abrasive
