Bad experience. Overall, the housekeeping was great and the gym was good. Everything else was not that great...

Their website has great photos that make one believe it's a luxury hotel. The exterior of the building is run down and ugly. Checking in was uncomfortable because the staff were like robots, unfriendly and not personable at all. I've never felt this uncomfortable at an establishment before. The room was clean but the decor was outdated and the balcony featured plastic chairs that were so cheap and ugly. The in room coffee was horrible!

We asked the front desk questions and they were not helpful with their one word answers. So unfriendly! I would give them more stars if they had good client services to compensate over the aesthetics. If you are service oriented, do not stay here because it will upset you at how rude these employees are. I wish I could get my money back.

Unremarkable Hotel. From check-in to check-out, we had problems with this hotel. The staff was pleasant but incompetent. Not only did they get our AmEx stuck in their imprinting machine (because they had left other people's credit cards in the machine and it jammed), housekeeping threw out a pair of shoes(!!!????!!!). The rooms were spacious and clean but overall the nothing about this hotel was remarkable. The worse part about the visit is that they did not even attempt to make any kind of consolation for housekeeping discarding a perfectly good pair of shoes while cleaning the room. Overall, our stay at the Warwick-Denver was thoroughly and completely unimpressive.

Large rooms, marble bathrooms and friendly staff make this a popular in-town hotel.. The Scene
Originally an apartment building, this hotel underwent a $20-million renovation in 2000. Still, it maintains a residential feel. Because it is a short five-minute walk to the state capitol, this hotel is a favorite of politicians and business travelers.

The Details
The 175 standard rooms are spacious, averaging 750 square feet. The 42 suites are each large enough to house a board meeting. Accommodations are furnished with Thomasville antique reproductions that have a French flair. Each has its own balcony. There are stunning city views from the higher floors and from the heated rooftop pool. Other amenities include cable TV, two phone lines (one with high-speed Internet access), refrigerators and wet bars. A courtesy town car is available to take guests to museums, restaurants or the theater. A semi-formal restaurant/bar, Randolph's is located on site.

Great hotel service!. I had read the previous review and was leery of our up coming stay. What a splendid surprise! Courteous and professional service at the front desk. Very well appointed room, albeit the layout was curious. The price was right as well. The one black mark came from the restaurant. There was not much traffic but our waiter was slow and inattentive. The food was very good though, compliments to the chef. Overall a very good stay.
