Poor service. I took my 94 BMW to them after they bought out my old mechanic. I paid for a full tune and later found out they used the wrong spark plugs for my car.

I had a window fixed and they did not put the door panel back on correctly. Took it back 2 more times and they never put it on right.

I was charged for things that were not done. Once I was charged for an oil change that I didn't ask for. I paid it thinking it wouldn't hurt to have it done early. The next oil change I was scolded by the mechanic for going so long without an oil change, so I'm guessing it was never done.

I was charged for an air filter on one visit. The next visit a few months later I was charged again. I called them on it and they took it off. Later I found out that it was never replaced at all.

I ended up going to a new mechanic and having everything I ever had done there checked and re-fixed.

Read this review!. I took my high mile Tahoe to the South Broadway location for an alignment. I specifically told the manager to call me if they see anything else wrong with the vehicle. Due to the mileage, I'm not interested in putting a lot of money into repairs.

They kept the vehicle all day long as opposed to two hours. I picked it up and drove down the street only to find the vehicle was not aligned at all. So, I called and made a second appointment. Again, the shop kept the vehicle all day. I picked it up a second time. Same thing. Still not aligned. I called a third time. The manager asked me what road I was driving on because the roads are crowned in Denver.

At this point, I took the vehicle to two shops for more opinions. I was shocked to find out that the vehicle needs $1200 worth of work to the front end. Both shops said there is no way that my vehicle can be aligned without substantial front end work. I called Station/ Truckstop again. The manager quite bluntly said 'I am in the business to make money. You need to bring it back for me to see it again'. Okay. And I did.

The Station/ Truckstop mechanic said it CANNOT be aligned without substantial front end work. Time and miles have worn out the front end. I even asked their mechanic if I somehow did this damage driving around town. He said no and was surprised the other mechanic missed it.

In my attempt to get a refund, I have been delayed for WEEKS. No return calls. Nothing. Finally, I was told today that I can call the owner BUT we have completed the work and we will not refund your money. I have placed a call to the owner. Again, nothing.

I now get to dispute the charge with credit card company, file a complaint and start warning people to avoid this shop. The entire process has been absurd. Save the headache and the money.

Up front, timely, fair and competent mechanics. I have been taking my 2001 Audi to this Station center since it opened and have had nothing but good experiences. I did a google search to get their phone number and saw a couple of bad reviews. Read them both and decided that this shop needed someone to put one in for them.

Every time I have take my car in they have been fair and to the point. One time I left with a repair I was not satisfied with, but upon returning it they made good. Granted I did not go to them with a super basket case of a car (to the reviewer with the grand cherokee taking his worn out pile to a foreign car specialist) but they have kept my audi in tip top shape at a cost totally consistent with a sensible upkeep budget.

AWEFUL customer service. Very disappointed that Management/Ownership was not willing to take ANY responsibility for misleading me.

Was told manager Santana would call me back 3 times.

WITHOUT EVER HEARING BACK, I reported to the B3tt3r Busin3ss Bur3au.

***This incident happened the week of April 21, 2008. They did not respond to the B3tt3r Busin3ss Bur3au by June 15, 2008. Spoke with Ownership 6/19 and did not offer any sort of help in the situation***
