I would never ever refer a single sole to American Auto Sales. I bought an S U V there, they took my trade in. Then asked for more money down. They never told me about the issues with the S U V. I had to find out myself. I never signed an as is paper. They had my S U V in over and over again to fix all the stuff wrong. When I was there T.J. and Tony have such bad language to people even in front of women, I think it is really rude. They claim when asked about the issue I found out that they had no idea, they change the story around every time I would talk to them. They told me cause of all the issues they would put me into something else I looked into the other cars, they were just as bad as the one I have, and they wanted more money down and a longer payment loan. So I said no just fix mine. Then 2 months later they make me sign an as is paper dated the day I bought it not the day I signed it originally. Then when my boyfriend went up there with me to find out what is going on with this mess, they got really loud and mean and dropping the f bomb to him. I then began to cry cause this was no way right. My boyfriend was looking out for me was all, he was being nice to them asking ? so Tony called the cops on us and said get off of his property, so we went to the sidewalk and waited for the cops. 3 cars of cops showed funny they never said one word to us at all. This to me is no way to run any kind of business,. Now I am finding out my friend who I took there the same day. His motor blew up, and they don't seem to be much help on it either. DONT GO THERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OF. Also beware they might sale you a car with out a car fax and the car was a salvaged title car and nothing you can do.

very bad expierence... went in tj and tony were real nice guys till they got my money and the paperwork was done then they became villians and crooks sold me the first car and the tranny went out they then offered to trade me out i did then that truck started leaking tranny fluid then it became my problem this happened after having the truck for three days. lemons they sell and disrespectful they are wouldnt reccomend them to anybody. oh and not to forget they have alot of threats. if looking for a used car and easy financing dont go here unless you want a car payment as well as hundreds of dollars worth of work needing to be done within days of purchase. contacting everyone bbb denver post as well as news centers to get these guys to conduct business the way it should be.... oh and forgot to mention that they sell cars for at least three times the blue book value!!

I got a car from here, and they agreed to fix a few things wrong with it. In the process of doing this, they left the differential plug out and my differential burned up. A new differential is $3000. Not to mention i'm paying twice the blue book value, and it was sold with trailer tires on the vehicle. Stay away from this place.

I am trying to help my son with this place. he bought a car from these boys and needed a co signer used one of his roommates and the roommate did not go and sign the paperwork for the second time after they messed up the first time spelling everyones name wrong and wrong addresses. My son has recieved several calls from them threatening to repo the car. I called to talk to Tony who got very nasty with me on the phone would not allow me to speak and than hung up on me. BUYER BEWARE --- Tony you cant treat people like this and lie to people on the phone not good business and hang up on people not good Tony. Like I was trying to tell you I have already spoke to a lawyer and too bad for you you gave the car to my son and put it in his name you are a great business person....NOT!!! You threaten my son one more time on the phone and you will meet my lawyer in the court of law and thats not a threat, thats a promise.

Listen up all you people who work hard for your money. This car lot is a sham they will steal your money and keep right on going. I made my November payment as scheduled and the new girl they have working there repoed my car on christmas eve 2011 I called and left a message that I would be in with payment last week of December because of Christmas she says she never got the message this woman is an air head and the owner a bigger one. So BEWARE of this CAR LOT !!! My suggestion is go to Marks Auto Sales where you get a fair deal.

I bought a car from here and have nothing bad to say about them at all!!!!! Infact they did the repairs that they told me they would plus more, and they were very very expensive repairs which I doubt any other dealership would of done. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!

American Auto Sales. Stay away from this business. They stated they would do safety repairs on the bill of sale and have in inept mechanic do the work and called it good. Now we have an unsafe vehicle and a thousands of dollars in repair bills and a promise not worth the paper it is typed on. Sharks stay away.
