Bought a guitar and an amp, two separate times, on eBay. Both times, the item was not as described. Customer service refused to take the items back or provide any type of compensation. Buyer beware

Sent wrong item, never made it right.. Sent wrong item, never made it right. Asked me to pay them directly so I had no recourse. This place is a huge scam--there are hundreds of people just like me that have been screwed by this shabby business. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. Check their eBay feedback as well.. They have 99% from selling strings and such, but they have hundreds of negative feedbacks from others who have been screwed. STAY FAR AWAY…
