These guys treated me right.. I went into this shop the other day to buy a used tube amp, and it was in great shape. They were very nice and helpful. That guy rich is cool! They just remodled, looks great! Doesn't smell bad in there anymore. Has that nice new carpet smell.

You guys rock!. Are you kidding me? This is best place to buy or sell gear to. They have been my favorite seller on eBay for almost 5 years. I've never had a problem with them, look at their feedback for starters. Over 99% positive, I'd say that's pretty good. The people who post negative comments like this about a business are sad, pathetic, and weak individuals. I'll always back Gravity! You guys rock!

completely professional. I purchased a stompbox from Gravity on E Bay. They asked for an address and not a P O Box so as to use Fed Ex. I called. They were completely professional, friendly, and appropriate. O K! I got my stompbox, and it works just fine! It came very well packaged. I think some of these other customers have issues!

Wow! A Business That is Fair and Cool!. I had a guitar I was trying to sell on Craigslist for a few weeks and decided to call these guys because I heard godd things about them from a buddy. Super fair and paid me $10 less than what I wanted for it on Craigslist and I didnt have to put up with any B.S. Thanks guys....oh and they paid me cash!!!! :)

a surprise bonus. I just purchased a great "pawn shop crap" Stella guitar from Gravity. The guitar was a sentimental purchase as it was identical to the one I got in High School. Gravity did a great job in communication, lightning shipping, perfect packaging in a new guitar box using recycled packaging.............and they restrung the guitar for me as a surprise bonus. I think that the "low raters" of some of these reviews are truly low raters. Thanks a bunch Gravity

BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!!!!. BEWARE!!!!

These people are as bad as it gets!!

Make sure any transaction is a cash and carry deal or they will rip you off!!

Do not send any money thru paypal to them.

They never sent me an amplifier that I won at auction on ebay. I sent the money thru paypal.

I used the send money feature because I would have to use two different credit cards to equal the total amount due for the auction.

Seven days later someone at their store filed a nonpayment case with ebay.

I have the paypal transaction numbers which showed they had been completed so clearly they knew I sent the money. I called the store and talked to Kevin. He knew exactly which amp I was calling about and also said they got the payments. He said he would be right back he had to talk to the guy who handles paypal. He came back to the phone and told me they had a problem with the amp. He sad that it had been sold to someone else. This is what dishonest people do when they think they can get away with something. He told me they would have to refund my money which they never did. I called ebay and had to jump thru hoops with an ebay represenative to get the money back. Look at all the reports online from people they have ripped off.

Look elsewhere for music items. Somewhere that you can find honest people.

YOU WILL NOT FIND AN HONEST PERSON AT WORKING AT GRAVITY MUSIC GEAR. YOU WILL BE MUCH BETTER OFF TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Beware! Defective goods, very unpleasant in communications!. Bought gear though Ebay, came dented and partially defective. Seller Mike denies everything, was rude on the phone!!!

I had to involve Ebay to get partial refund, even then they didnt act as promised and had to involve Ebay again to get the agreed refund. Never again!

Best of the Best. You get great deals here. I've had nothing but positive interactions with this store. I've bought 8 items from them online. All but one came exactly as described. The one item that did have an issue was well handled by their staff. I gave them a call and my problem was solved within 24 hours. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Great Shop with great help. I bought a bike (yeah, a bike) through them and it's in better condition than I expected. It was listed online and I bought it before I had a chance to look at it or test ride it. I picked it up and it was exactly as described if not better. thanks!
