My son went greyhound and it was the most lousiest time of my life and I did not even ride! From Trinidad to Denver the bus broke down then when in Denver he missed the bus to Wichita. They only gave him a meal ticket for two eatings and told him he would have to sleep in the terminal this is ridiculous! They need to do something about there system especial ly when its there fault!

I have traveled Greyhound for thirty years and THIS YEAR June 2008 has been the worst experience ever. I am afraid to fly but after this trip I will face my fears. My nine year old was screamed at for leaning on the operators bag that he ahd places in an empty seat next to my son. The mic was muffled so you couldn'd understand what the announcements were so, when you asked they acted as if you asked for their kidney to survive!!! we had to leave without our luggage because as my luggage was pulling up the driver took off and my son's a diabetic and his snacks were in one of the bags. I will pray that a decent competitor starts a new travel bus line other than Greyhound and give great customee service. PRAY!!!!!
