Great place for all.
We were planning for an outing; the first thing came in my mind was to go for a movie. My kids wanted me to take them at Denver Museum of Nature and Science. I thought it would be boring.
I was wrong, our entire family enjoyed the trip. It is a great, interactive museum with something for everyone and the IMAX has an incredible selection of films.
It was creative, interesting and different. Will love to go again.…
Home to the world's largest mammoth fossil, the museum also boasts traveling exhibits, dinosaur skeletons and spectacular space displays..
In Short
The museum embraces the philosophy of having its exhibits look like natural habitats. The gem collection is set in a replica of a mine and the dinosaurs are displayed in
prehistoric desolation based on what Colorado might have looked like 300 million years ago. The museum has one of the biggest, most complete dinosaur collections in the world. Other exhibits include the Botswana Africa Hall, a giant bug display, meteorites and mummies.…
Wonderful. My family always stops by at this museum. They have interesting things and I highly recommend the Imax. I loved their new planetarium movie Sonic Vision. It was creative and different.
family through and through. Our entire family enjoyed the trip. From the Imax to the displays, we (ages range from 2-32) had a ball. Kids loved it and the price was right! Will go again.
best museum. This is the best museum in Denver. It's great for both kids and adults. Make sure to check out the Hall of Life. The omni-theatre is a little small, though.
