Hassle Free Service. I went into this location after I discovered that the one closest to my house didn't open until 8:30 am. This location opens at 8. Steven Santaella helped me out and was fabulous. I had three large packages with return shipping labels from the retailer. I was worried that using these labels would be a hassle. Steven got me right in and out with no hassle. He offered to let me use a dolly to get the packages in from the car. He was very friendly and made it a great experience.

fabulous service. my daughters camp bag was the size of a body bag - and just as expensive. it was double the cost originally quoted, but Dawn figured out how to make it less expensive AND took the time to reconfigure it, so i didnt have to! she saved me $80 and a major hassle. she was great!

great personal service!!. I have had a box at this store for over a year and I have had wonderful attentive service from the staff and the onsite owner. I have shipped and received many packages with not one hitch! As long as I live in Denver, I will be a loyal customer of this store!

where is the customer service. I was in the store for 25 minutes and left without even mailing my UPS package! The person behind me in line received services before me, I was given an approximate price for packaging services which were then tripled at the cash register, and was treated rudely. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this store to anyone wanting a professional shipping experience.
