Men's Wearhouse. I've read the reviews below and I am astonished. My family members and myself shop at the Men's Wearhouse at Park Meadows and have always received grade A, professional and friendly service. I cannot believe the two stores can be that different in their business approach. I can only assume the three negative reviews were written by juveniles or competitor's plants.  View Less View More

DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. I only gave them ONE star because i couldn't give them 0. DO NOTTTTT EVERRRRR SHOP HERE!!!! they are the RUDEST people with TERRRRRIBLE service. I became a member of CitySearch just to write a review on how AWFUL this place is. My fiance ordered a suit here and went to go get measure (where they rushed him through his measurements to get him out of there as fast as they could) and then they called him and told him his suit was ready to be picked up. Well, he went in a week later and asked for it, and the guy who he was talking to, MATT, seemed annoyed to be helping us. he went to go look for the suit and came back and said it wasn't there. he was acting like it was our fault. so my fiance said they told me it was ready a week ago, and matt just seemed even more annoyed. he told us that someone would contact him about it in the next few days. this was two-three weeks ago. so my fiance called the other day about it, and they again told him that it wasn't there. so he has to go back in and get measured again.

Also, they can't find the best man's suit so i'm sure he will have to go in again. and then my dad went to get his the other day because they called and said it was ready to be picked up. so he went in and good thing he tried on the coat before he left because the arm or the coat came a little past his elbow. so they have to order him a new suit and then he has to come get measure again.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO THERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!  View Less

Worst Experience Ever. I walked into the Men's Wearhouse/ Cherry Creek about two weeks ago because of an advertised sale. I bought 2(over priced) suits for an upcoming sales meeting I was attending in Las Vegas. I returned the day I was to leave(9 days later) to pick up the suits after being tailored. When I arrived in Vegas the first night I put on both pairs of pants and they had not been touched. I literally could pull both pairs off without unbuttoning them. I was stranded for 3 days with nothing to wear. I called the store and the salesman suggested I go hunt down a Men's Wearhouse in Vegas. I borrowed clothes from friends and made the best of it. When I returned to the store(for the 3rd time) to have the suits worked on again I was treated w/ total disregard. They just brushed over my ordeal and treated this like it was a first time alteration. When it was time leave the salesman, and i use this term very loosely, said "How does Feb. 23rd sound, we are really backed up. It was the 4th of feb mind you. I refused, and said that date was unacceptable. He then spoke to his manager and said that they could be ready in 5 days. When I was leaving, I asked the same salesman for a token to get out their parking lot. He slapped one in my hand as if he was annoyed and stormed away. Never again is an understatement! I will never, ever, ever be back to the Men's Wearhouse!  View Less View More

Worst Ever. I came to Men's Wearhouse to rent a tux for a wedding along with the rest of the wedding party.(I think there were 10 of us) I was originally measured for my tux by a company other the the Men's Wearhouse but it was relayed to me that they couldn't guarantee a tux that fit unless I went to one of there locations for measurements. Hmm? When I arrived along with members of the wedding party the day before the event we discovered that none of the tux's fit. As a matter of fact the only thing that did fit were the shoes!! When this was discovered the young woman helping simply turned around and walked away without saying a word. She returned with a shirt that did fit and when I asked her for a vest that fit she did the same only this time she didn't come back, another gentleman came to me and remeasured me assuring me that I was indeed not the size I was originally told and that the size I needed was a special order and couldn't be delivered in time. No apology! When it came time to fix the pants this gentleman did the exact same thing as the young woman, leaving me standing there without any excuse me or explanation, definitely no sense of urgency. Another gentleman returned to tell me that the pant I needed was at another location and that he would personally pick them up himself the next morning and have them when they opened at 9:30am.(The wedding was at 1:00pm) I agreed to that, as I believed that it was the only option only to return the next day to hear him tell me that the pants were not there yet because they were late being delivered. So much for the, "I'll pick them up personally" B.S. And let's not forget that I still hadn't received an apology at this point. Finally after this gentleman received a WTF type questioning by the groom I was taken upstairs and were I was measured again and was handed a pair of altered and fitting pants ten minutes later. I, personally never received an apology or any explanation for this horrible cust serv. Janky!!  View Less View More
