An absolute nightmare

Throughout my 25 years of auto insurance, I ahve never come across a company that has treated a customer this poorly. I cannot attest to the manner in which other branchs conduct business, but be forewared to stay WELL away from Tammy Booth Insurance. My problems first arose with cases of bait and switch. 1 on my classic vehiclem, which after they quoted as a calssic car, told me a month and a half into my policy that they could no longer cover it as a classic car. 2nd case of bait and switch , they upped my premiums on both of my otehr vehicle for a still yet unknow cause, even though I paid up front.

They absolutely never answer their phone, no matter waht time of day you call. They VERY rarely return your calls (1of 10 calls) Numerous mistakes were made on policies. They accidently sent me towing reimbursment for 15% of my tow, when the entire towing package was bought and paid for. A State Farm representitive whom I spoke with the date of my tow assured me I would be covered in full. When I requested that they cover the remainder they said it was impossible to do so. This company cannot be trusted. They are here to rip you off.

Tammy has a great office and staff. She and her staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her services to anyone.
