Good for clothes not for gift cards. Express isn't really my style but I was given a gift card for my birthday and finally decided to use it for a nice sweater I liked. Everything went fine and I had change left over on the gift card. But instead of getting change in cash -$5- it was credited back to the card. I asked if they could give me cash back instead, they said no! For five measly dollars? What could you buy in the store for five dollars? Nothing! That is the first and the last time I will shop at that store.
