In Short – Dark-wood paneling, rawhide lampshades and deep-rust booths lend a Western air to this otherwise clubby restaurant. Exceptional American fare with an upscale twist emerges from the kitchen. Rotisserie cooking is the big draw, and roasted chicken with garlicky mashed potatoes is worth a special trip. Five beef baby back ribs melt off the bone, but addictive peanut and cilantro-spiked coleslaw nearly steals the show.
Cherry Creek Grill's Cornbread

Visually very appealing. The crust is bubbly and crispy and just barely oozing over the edges. The whole thing perfectly golden brown. The skillet it comes in reminds of good home cooking, as if mom just pulled it from the oven with her mitt
Flavor-wise, the crust was terrific, and the inside was pretty decent as well. It was southwestern-style, with green chilis and peppers mixed into the batter, which was just fine with me. But where was the side of butter to slather on each portion? According to the server, it’s all in the bread, and they don’t generally serve it with a side of butter. That’s a real shame, since after requesting a side of it, the butter really brought out the best in the cornbread.

The Last Supper

I have been going to CCG for several years. I had one amazing meal there years ago which has prompted many returns. However, the last several times I have eaten there I have left angry and unsatisfied. The staff is always rude. For instance, I have returned a Bloody Mary that was bland and undrinkable, only to argue with the bar tender who didn't want to give me a beer instead. I have returned a salad that was prepared incorrectly without any apology from the wait- staff. I have had a $22.00 piece of Salmon that was unpalatable. I have been refused a to-go-order. Tonight my husband and I ordered the Macho Salads. The salads were incredibly small, the chicken sparse and full of gristle. We asked for bread and they said they would bring us some Ciabatta. However, we were served two pieces of dry sourdough toast. The total meal was $80.00 for two salads (one minus the chicken), an artichoke, and two drinks. We have finally learned our lesson and will never return.
- Cons: Horrible Customer Service. Over-priced inconsistent food!

Virtually all of the dishes here are wonderful. The French Dip is a must have and the Macho Salad is also highly recommended. Excellent Wine selection. Wait times can vary so if you are without a rezzie, come prepared to have a drink or two at the bar. Excellent Food, Atmosphere and Service.
- Pros: Food and Atmosphere
- Cons: Wait
