We have been going here for years but in the past few months the service has become slower, if you ask the staff for wine suggestions, they will always suggest the pricier ones without regard to customers' wishes. The last time (and never again) we asked if we could sample the wine (because we always order a bottle and it was denied. This is okay but the attitude of the staff is definitely less friendly. We used to go because of the great service regardless of the costs, but now that is gone, we will look elsewhere. A MAJOR shame.

The burgers are fine, the service is not, however. customer comes first guys, remember that please.

okay, but not the best. I've been to cherry cricket a few times and its just okay. the service isn't the best, and when i used to like burgers, i wasn't a huge fan of theirs. This place is not terrible though.

Nice place.. This place has got so much better than the first time I went in. When I first got there a long time ago it was a dump. They have taken the time to create a patio and expanded their seatting area. Food ok but atomosphere great.

JOKE of a place!. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! After waiting over a half hour we were called for a table. Then were told they made a mistake and it wasn't ready, and waited another half hour, only to be crammed into a too small booth and told we could find our own chairs if we needed more space. THEN it was another wait for a drink order, where half the drinks were forgotten, then another 30-40 minutes before our waitress felt the need to take our food order. Finally the food came and one of the dishes was forgotten, we had to go to the kitchen ourselves. When we tracked down our waitress AGAIN for the bill, we asked her to put a small amount on one card and the larger on the other. You guessed it she managed to mix that up too. The food wasn't great, the service is a joke, the Cricket has a reputation that it should lose!!! I was in favor of no tip, but luckily some others at my table were nicer and left an undeserved 10%. I wish I didn't have to give even one star to this place in order to post this review!

Horrid Service!. My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday dinner last night (4/5/11) and the ONLY thing we got from our order was our drinks! No salads, no dinner. NOTHING. After 35 minutes the waiter came by and asked if we had gotten our salads yet? I replied "No..we haven't gotten anything! And besides YOU would be the one bringing it to us!"

After 40 minutes we were tired of waiting and left. We weren't in there when it was busy, it was 7:30pm!

It's really too bad that this place had such horrid service...thanks for ruining my birthday night. We won't ever be coming back...and this was our first time there.
