While the mostly takeout crowd waits, customers can watch their meat being cooked on grills behind the counter or fill cups at the fresh salsa bar. Mexican and domestic beers are available, and seating is comfortable if diners decide to eat in. Veggie quesadillas, full of grilled zucchini, squash and peppers, are flavorful. Tacos come in threes and are packed with ingredients. Burritos easily rival the monsters available at other joints.

Having lived in New Mexico, California and The Yucatan, I have been continuously let down by so called authentic Mexican restaurants in Colorado. But no longer, Chez Jose has exceeded all my expectations and then some. Granted I've only tried the Prawn Fajita burrito and the fish tacos, I can already tell you this place is the caca! Quick review: -Inexpensive (especially for Cherry Creek) -Good value -Friendly staff -Fresh ingredients -They deliver to my area!

Cons: Can't eat there every meal

this is realy good food,good service, freandly people,great prices!!! i love going there for lunch or dinner.
