Takes 2 hours for delivery!- Don't bother!. Yesterday this Chipotle says they have started delivery & was encouraging us to try. Today a lot of us in the office ordered for delivery. 2 hours later we call to cancel our order since we are hungry without food. The people on the phone says we can't, their delivery driver just left. There was no offer of discount or coupons even though it had already been almost 2 hours since we ordered. When the delivery driver finally arrived, there was still no offer to rectify the wait so we turned them and their food away.

If a company can't handle an additional service like delivery, then they should not bother offering it. Chipotle's delivery service is a joke. Do not bother!
