Hey Citysearch: Goodfriend's closed last summer!. This location now houses Annie's, which is a long time Denver favorite. Citysearch needs to update this listing!

CLOSED!! :(. This was a fantastic spot, but it has been given over to Annie's, another area neighborhood hangout that had to leave it's original location. I haven't tried it yet.

For years, loyal lunch and dinner crowds have been coming to this amiable and surprisingly cozy gathering place, which is run by the folks that operate Racine's and Dixon's Downtown Grill. On Fridays, friendly neighbors hang for happy hour and take in the Colfax scenery. The menu features consistent American, Italian and Mexican victuals, emphasizing freshness and flavor at a fair price. Best of all, the dessert case is filled with luscious pies, brownies and cobblers.

Fun down to earth place. Nothing fancy here - just good service and great food and great prices.
