the manager was so rude.. i just came home from Milwaukee street tavern. I enjoyed the food. Service was decent. UNTIL, it became time to pay for my check. I was with a party of 6, so when the waitress came to ask us how our food was, I KINDLY asked her to split the check and when she expressed her disappointment in splitting the check, i apologized knowing that this was an inconvenience. She then proceeded to go mock me to her manager. When she returned to give us our change, everybody in my party had incorrect change. I summoned the manager to explain the situation. "John Kelly" or "John Yohannson" as he told me his name was, was then extremely rude. I took his name and told him that i was very underwhelemed by the experience at his resteraunt. He THEN showed me the door, told me to "walk through it, drop dead, and go f**k myself." I, and all my friends are under 18 years old and this manager was pushing 50.…
Best Buffalo Burger in Cherry Creek. look no further... this is the best buffalo burger by far in the area. try it with mushrooms and white cheese......
Great place to watch whatever you want.. Some friends and I were looking for a place to watch the presidential debate and someone suggested the Milwaukee st Tavern. I was skeptical at best about watching a debate in a "sports bar" on a friday night but I tagged along anyway. We were greeted at the door with a friendly smile and told to sit wherevere we were comfortable. When I asked about the debates I was told they were hosting a debate party and just about every tv would be tuned in. Channel 9 had a camera there and were doing interviews with guests and staff. "Great, this is gonna be a zoo", I thought. Our server was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying the crowded atmosphere. We ordered some drinks off the martini list and a few beers from a very eclectic menu and settled in for the night. Amazingly the second the debate started you could hear a pin drop. The experience was fantastic. The triple decker club sandwich was excellent and the burger was as good as any I can remember. Good food, good drinks, solid service and a bar crowd that cares about politics. I will definitely be back.…
Good place to drink and watch sports, OK place to eat.. This is a nice sportsbar to watch games. They have a ton of tvs with MLB and NFL packages. The drink prices are a bit steep compared to similar local bars, but they usually have some decent beer specials. The food isn't quite as good as Cherry Cricket or Cherry Creek Grill (but as good, if not better than Choppers), which is why I don't give it 5 stars. The best thing about this place is the vast quantity of high definition TVs and a staff willing to let you watch whatever game you want, which is great for out of market games. Plus, the patrons are more down to earth and less intense than the j-offs at Choppers who think their masclulinity is measured by how many Broncos statistics they can memorize.…
