Awful customer service. After visiting paper pleasures, I am certain that I will never set foot there again. I was visiting this store with my daughter while she was in Denver, and was nonplussed. The owner, whom I identified on the paper pleasures website, was the rudest, weirdest person I have ever come across and it's a wonder how she stays in business. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable with her beady stares, and gloomy attitude. After finally getting into the store to look around, the owner watched us like a hawk.There is nothing worse than being stared at while you are shopping.
