Very Unprofessional at John Atencio. I live overseas and was trying to purchase my engagement and wedding ring sets from them through email. I was being helped by a lady right up to the end of the transaction and then she emailed me to say she had been let go. She told me someone else would take over helping me but the other person never contacted me. I emailed them again from their general email on their website but never got a response. I emailed another lady from a business card I had and she helped me for a while and then simply disappeared without a word of explanation. I kept emailing her to see what was going on and I never got a response. I felt like I practically had to beg them to buy their rings, which I still was never able to do. Very unprofessional.
