RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETTY I ordered an arrangement for a friend through FTD and they were prepared and delivered by this shop. When my friend posted the photo of the flowers, I was shocked; the arrangement was such a sad version of the picture that was online. I understand that some variation is acceptable and even expected, but the difference between what I ordered and what she received was huge.

The worst part was when I called to see if she could have another arrangement delivered, I spoke with Derek. He constantly interrupted me, insulted me (telling me over and over again that he doesn't think I understand how flower arrangements are supposed to be created using flowers which haven't opened yet...THAT WASN'T MY COMPLAINT!!), explained that they're allowed to make substitutions (you made a bad one, Derek.) said that he didn't understand what he should do to fix this, and then when I told him I was going to ask for a refund, he said he was going to go get the arrangement. So, not only did my friend not get the arrangement I ordered, now due to his pettiness and poor customer service, she doesn't get flowers at all.

The reviews of the staff seem to be good if they make you an arrangement with which you are satisfied, but they don't seem to react well to any criticism and will not handle the resolution well.

I will NEVER order from this shop again, and FTD has lost my business as well.

If they had handled this more professionally, I would have allowed them to leave the charge on my card. But because he yelled, got defensive, interrupted and insulted me, I can not recommend this florist for anyone.

Best flower shop in Denver. Period. Country Club Flowers is one of those gems that keeps you coming back. I have turned to Shasta for my wedding, my friend's weddings, events, deliveries etc. She is the dream florist in that you tell her your budget, what you are looking for and she manages to exceed expectations every single time. The creations are always creative and absolutely gorgeous. I am not sure where they get their flowers but they are always fresh and attention getting. If you want to feel and look like a rock star, Country Club flowers has an arrangement for that.

MOST AMAZING WEDDING FLOWERS!!!. I found Country Club Flowers for our wedding at a vendor show. After pricing the flowers I wanted with other florists (estimates ranged from $2000 to $2500), CCF put together my estimate for around $1400. Not only were they the most affordable for us, Shasta understood what I wanted for flowers, and had recommendations to make the final product even better. She worked very closely with me to make sure the final flowers were what I wanted. Words cannot begin to express how beautiful the arch and centerpieces were at our wedding - Shasta's creativity and skill is unparalleled. The flowers she used were exquisite, fresh and in perfect form. Everyone at the wedding commented over and over again how amazing the flowers were. I highly recommend CCF to anyone for any occasion. Not only did I use them for our wedding, but I have bought weekend bouquets there several times, and they last longer than any bouquets I have bought anywhere else.

awesome flower delivery. bought flowers to be delivered to my daughter. I was being very frugal and the bouquet that she received was far from frugal!! She was so happy....beautiful vase and flowers and a generous size! The shop was also helpful and flexible with a complicated delivery scenerio.

If you want something distinctive in flowers. My mom has ordered flowers here for many years, and without fail, they always send out a fresh, original and distinctive bouquet to the lucky recipients. Good people, very friendly. Highly recommend. Far better than most conventional "chain" florists.

Best Little Flower Shop In Denver!. This is still Denver's best kept secret. You couldn't find a better place for fresh flowers! Whether you are buying bouquets to take home, or sending arrangements for special occasions you won't find anyplace better. They have a great selection, a friendly knowledgeable staff and the absolute freshest flowers in Denver! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Best Deals in Town!!!!. Great deals and beautiful arrangements is what you will get at this wonderful little shop located at the corner of Colfax and Madison, in the Congress Park neighborhood.

I ran across this place by accident when meeting friends at a local eatery called Bastiens, and have been coming back since.

The flowers are ALWAYS fresh, and the customer service is top-notch. I especially LOVE the rose deal and the unbelievable choice of orchids. Stop by this shop, I GUARANTEE you won't be disappointed!

OUTSTANDING. I just have to say that I am still admiring and astounded at how long these georgous flowers have lasted. They are now on thier second week, WOW! My sister-in-law had found this little gem on citysearh and called them from San Deigo to send me flowers. Not only did she have great things to say about her phone experience but I also called and talked to a lovely person named Shasta ( how appropriate ) to exclaim my happiness with the flowers. Thanks a BUNCH!

Big Bang for the Buck. This is the flower shop to go to for a big bang for your buck. I Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday just the other day and the arrangment they sent was so beautiful and large ( spent 60.00 looked like 100.00) my mother thought I spent to much on her!! I am now a customer for life. The selection is large, even on a Saturday when I stopped in to pick up some loose flowers, they had orchid, birds of paridise, gerbera daisys, dahlias and some flowers I never heard of. Cool shop, Cool People and Cool prices!! Thanks Counrty Club Flowers, your the best!!

The Best!!. I just want to tell everyone that Country Club Flowers is just the "Best" flower shop arround. The flowers are the freshest and the selection is one of the largest around. I'm so glad I found them through citysearch.com. All the reviews are right on. I used them the first time to send flowers and boy did they make me look good. The arrangment was so cool and it was half the price I use to pay at an other shop in highlands area ( boy was I a fool). Than I went in to pick up some cut flowers and I was amazed by the selection and how helpful they are. If your call from out of state you will not be sorry with this shop. I will be a customer for life!! Thanks Shasta and Gregg your the best!!
