Simply the Best.... I called to have a haircut fixed. I was crying, trying to make the appointment, the the receptionist couldn't have been sweeter. I got an appointment the next day with Doug, and had the best haircut of my life!!!! Extremely professional staff, personable service and great atmosphere are only the beginning. I couldn't wait to make my 6 week follow up. Worth every penny ;)

i finally found him. I first met Ted when he was at Antoin Du Chez(they are a joke) after one of their colorist messed my hair up and they put me with him to fix it. They swore he was the best and it was true! He was the best colorist I have ever had and he could style my unruly hair better than anybody. I got so fed up with that salon that i had to hunt him down and boy was it worth it. He is a hair god and now he can cut my hair too. Go see him, you wont regret it. I would pay 3 times what he charges, he's that good.

Horrible experience. Right. So, I called these guys up because I had just moved into the area and was looking for a new stylist. They gave me an appointment for 4pm the same day (for a haircut and color correction).

I showed up at 3:55, and was told that the stylist was running late. Come back in ten minutes. I wander around Belmar, and come back in ten minutes. She's still not ready.

Twenty-five minutes of waiting in the salon. She's still not ready. I finally get in the chair, the stylist talks to me for thirty seconds, tells me what I need and then asks me to wait a minute. She wanders around the salon for ten minutes, and finally gets on the phone. I see her poke her head around the corner to ask me if I can wait while they deliver the products they need to do my color from their Cherry Creek location.

No. No, I cannot wait any longer. I've already waited FORTY FIVE MINUTES. You've got to be kidding me. Don't make appointments with clients when you're not going to be ready when they arrive. Have the products you need for the services you offer. Really? You're supposed to be professionals.

tons of fun. I went in to vito pini to have a facial and enjoyed myself thoroughly!!! it was a great experience. the secluded room was perfectly lit and she made sure I was more than comfortable before she started. she gave me every minute I paid for and didn't leave a minute early! my skin has never felt better. I purchased some of the very pricey products as well..... but I am already loving them! I am going to look 5 years younger. every penny was worth it!

Great Atmosphere with Fabulous People!!. this is an awesome salon with amazing stylists! every employee I was approached by was personable and comical and I enjoyed my experience with them very much.

I have a classic bob, which is a difficult haircut, and karina did spectacular work on it! I absolutely love it.

I have seen a few complaints about the prices, but I did my homework before choosing a salon in the denver area and anywhere you go in the metro downtown area is much higher priced than vito pini.

I will most definitely be going back to this salon!

Incredible service. After driving three hours from the mountains through a freak autumn snowstorm, I arrived at another Chery Creek salon, Planet Lab, only to be told my stylist was not coming in and they could do nothing for me. Angry and disgusted at their lack of service or concern, I went next door to Vito Pini without an appointment and asked if they could arrange a cut. The receptionist could not have been nicer. She made a phone call and said an off-duty stylist would be at the salon in ten minutes. Then she brought me tea and a magazine while I waited. Deanna, the stylist, was fabulous and I walked away with a great cut and a great feeling about the salon. They could not have been more helpful or kinder....a totally different experience from their neighbors at Planet Lab.

Awesome hair cut!. Ted is an amazing stylist! He is hilarious! He listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect hair cut. He also showed me how to style my hair, step by step. He made me look fantastic! I would definitely recommend seeing Ted!

Amazing Experience with Ted Medina. So, I really enjoyed my experience with Ted. He is very knowledgable, professional, and easy to talk to. He gave me a great hair cut and really nice highlights. Most hair stylists say they know what you're asking for, but he really does listen and he gave me exactly what I wanted. I won't go anywhere else!!! And, the scalp massage while my hair was being shampooed was a total plus!

Truly Amazing. I went in to this salon and they put me with Ted and this guy was truly amazing!!! He knew what he was talking about and gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. The color he custom formulated for me matched my personality and was very nicely done. Not only did he know hair but he knew where the good shopping was and some of the best food I've had since I've been here was recommended by Ted as well. I just cant say enough good about the experience at Vito Pini and since I am new to colorado it is comforting to know that there are people at vito pini who do great hair so Im going to tell everybody I know about this place! Now i just need to find a good trainer and I'm set.

Poor Customer Service...Aweful Haircut :(. There is also a big section of hair from my widows peak area that was damaged so badly that it broke at my roots and is now growing out :(
